Suzhou Cloud Hotel (Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road) Reviews

Very large room with lots of space. The beds were comfortable. The room has a projector and entertainment system. It was great to watch a movie after a busy day sightseeing. Some of the movies were in English. We only stayed a night but would have stayed two if it wasn't booked out. The hotel is in a very good location near Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road. We were on the third floor. There was no elevator if you have alot of luggage something to consider. I would stay here again.

The staff was nice and friendly, and the room is nice. However, the place did not have an elevator but the staff offered to bring up our luggages for us. We were able to watch many movies as well. Overall very worth it at the price point!

A beautiful hotel, just in the city center. Nice view and good service. A specially loved the balcony 😍 had a great 520 in this hotel

The location is good and the room was a decent size, but that’s about it. Although the hotel is advertised as having parking you have to park in a public lot about 200m away for ¥40 per day. The room wasn’t very clean and the toilet got blocked daily. The balcony is small, and for some reason there was only 1 (swinging) chair on the balcony for a double room. The shower and toilet had hairs in it, and only small amenities. There is also no fridge in the room.

Very well located near guanqian road, the room is spacious and perfectly clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful, I highly recommend

This was my first time in Suzhou. The cloud hotel is perfectly situated downtown and super close to the metro. It’s in walking distance of many gardens, and you can access the lake quickly from the subway. The street is seemingly charming and there’s a variety of business and historical around. I stayed on the 3rd floor with a bathtub and a gorgeous view. The room was all white with a projector. Kettle available. Daily ayi service. The front desk staff is friendly and there is the sweetest cat 小猫 in the lobby. Foreign friendly. They will ask you for your 苏州 green code and your latest negative Covid test. I would stay again. It was a homely vibe for appropriate price.

I took my kids out to play after the exam. The room was very nice, clean and sanitary, with disposable towels and bath towels. It was very close to Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road. There was a cute little cat. It was a pity that I didn't make an appointment for Suzhou Museum. I'll come again when I have a chance.

The room is quite big and clean. I will stay here again if I have a chance. The boss is very nice and willing to help guests. There are also cats and dogs in the store, all of which are very cute and well behaved.

The location is easy to find, and it's close to the subway entrance. The guy was very nice and upgraded us to a room with a balcony for free. There are two swings on the balcony. It's nice to sit on them and look at the scenery of Guanqian Street outside! The coal boss is also very cute! Super well-behaved and there is also a little dog who is very affectionate

Facilities: Very complete Hygiene: The whole house feels super clean and elegant Service: The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and very nice  Location: Located near Guanqian Street, it is very convenient to go to various attractions. It is a super friendly place. There is also Coal Boss Cat and Puppy in the check-in area outside the first floor, which is super warm and cozy.

Located in the ancient city of Guanqian Street, it is convenient to visit. It is not far from Suzhou Station, Pingjiang Road, Suzhou Museum, and the Humble Administrator's Garden. The room also has a balcony and a rocking chair for a relaxing stay.

The room hygiene is mostly good, but there are small insects. Overall, I am very satisfied with the stay. My friend and I are very satisfied with the price/performance ratio. If you like it, you can consider this one. It's not wide.

In the morning, the waiter broke into the door and showed me naked. The shower equipment in the bathroom was of poor quality and the water was low.
