The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center yet surprisingly quiet. It has a large parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving travelers. The hotel facilities are top-notch, offering everything you need. While the room facilities are decent, the rooms themselves are a bit small. Overall, the hotel's services are superb, which is why I stopped by for another night.

This was the only affordable option we found on Suzhou's list of unique hotels. It's quite close to the subway station, though a little dated. Many people arriving by car can park in the courtyard, and it looks like a lot of conferences and lectures are held here. The front desk staff were very nice. We thought we might have left a bag at the front desk, and they even checked the surveillance cameras for us with just one call. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but the disposable slippers were of great quality and very comfortable. There's a bathtub, but you have to stand in it to use the shower. I took a few photos of the small garden in the courtyard; the scenery is quite lovely.

The hotel has a wonderful Suzhou garden ambiance. The rooms are comfortable and convenient, and the breakfast is good too. I'll definitely choose this place first next time I'm in Suzhou! 😊

The room was incredibly clean. As someone who appreciates cleanliness, I wiped down all the nooks and crannies of the chairs with a wet wipe, and there wasn't a speck of dust. The hotel staff were also very thoughtful. The clothes I washed in the evening were neatly hung on hangers the next day. They even sent some small snacks. My stay experience was excellent.

A classic old-money style hotel with a beautiful ambiance. The excellent service more than makes up for the older facilities. The location is also great, making it super convenient for getting around! I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was also a mini-fridge. In the evening, the hotel even brought complimentary yogurt and snacks. The check-in process was very friendly and they completely met my request for a non-smoking and quiet room. This is one of the reasons I always love coming to Suzhou. There are many beautiful, swimming koi inside, and the small waterfall adds a charming touch.

The hardware facilities in the room are quite old, and there's no mini-fridge. It's fine now that the weather isn't too hot, but it will be troublesome for storing fresh food and refrigerated medicines in the summer. The hotel's garden and fish pond are a special feature, and they provide fish food, which my child loved! The hotel service is also good, they are very responsive and communication was smooth!

Not a 5 stars hotel. In gym, there was no wipes to clean the equipments...not good with the Covid. Also, no drinking water.

Good traditional hotel with a bit of old money vibe (e.g. in terms of service quality). Convenient location that's within walking distance from metro station and some famous restaurants.

The room is clean and hygienic, the service is warm and thoughtful, the price is reasonable, and the surrounding area is convenient for travel. It is very close to the subway station and bus station. It is very convenient to Suzhou Museum, Guanqian Street, and Humble Administrator's Garden. In addition, the morning buffet is very good. It is worth recommending.

The room is quite standard, and the facilities are a bit old. The hotel has a courtyard with a good environment. You can drink tea and feed fish in the courtyard, which is quite pleasant. Accommodation and parking are free, which is very friendly to drivers. The hotel also has good meals, with local dishes, and it is relatively affordable.

Although it is an older five-star hotel, the garden charm is still there. The low-rise floors are surrounded by a pool of clear water, which is very pleasing to the eye. The front desk upgraded me to a garden view room, which was very satisfactory. The hotel's Aozao noodles are quite good and the price is relatively affordable. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also very rich, and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic.

This time I brought my children out. Since we came all the way from Changzhou and Wuxi, we changed several hotels. This hotel is excellent in terms of environment, hygiene, service and breakfast. The front desk upgraded our room for free when we checked in, and also gave the children small gifts and fish food. The children especially like to feed the fish. I will definitely choose this place again if I have the chance to come here in the future.

I took my parents to travel during the May Day holiday. Overall it was good. The hotel has convenient parking. It is very close to the subway entrance. The location is quite convenient to go anywhere. The room is also quite clean. Fish food was given so the children can feed the fish I don't know if it was a late-night snack bar or a KTV across the street at night. A group of people kept making noise until 3 o'clock and I couldn't fall asleep. I booked two other rooms. There were five adults in total, including my parents. The room included four meal coupons. Children under 120cm were not charged for breakfast. I wanted to send one more, but it was not available. I hope it can be more humane.
