WE LOVE IT!!!!! This is one of the best hotels/homestays I've been to in China! Just like the pics, it's located at the best spot of Shantang street, very closed to the metro station, and very easy to find. The service was very nice, both from the actual staff and the cats 🐈🐈⬛ The room and cleanliness have nothing to complain at all. Sadly Suzhou's attractions are very easy to complete in a day, but I will definitely recommend to anyone to spend time here a night!

The hotel is on the middle of a lively touristic district, in an old building with modern level of comfort. There is a tea house on the first floor, the rooms are on the second floor, you cab go outside on the balcony that fronts the canal. It is a bar street, so it can be loud (understandably), but on the weekend music stops at midnight, on the work day - even earlier, it was quiet around 10 pm. The service was exceptional! Several days before my journey hotel sent me friends request on the wechat and helped with my questions. There was a sudden temperature drop that really bothered me and lady that works in the hotel offered me a second blanket and even a radiator💞 I slept as a baby and enjoyed a nice morning drinking tea with the perfect view💞 10 out of 10 experience!

In the scenic area, the location to see the mountain pond is very good, but the hardware conditions and services are too poor, especially the hygiene, and there is not even shampoo and shower gel, and there is no one on duty at night.

Two rooms cost about 1700 yuan + 100 yuan parking fee (the hotel has no parking lot, the parking lot next to it costs 6 yuan per hour with no cap), a total of 1800 yuan, I can't complain anymore!!! Let me put it this way, I have never seen such a bad and dirty room, I thought such a dirty and messy environment should be less than 200 yuan! Both children asked why the room always smelled like a public toilet (a kind of accumulated stench) and it couldn't be dispelled even when the window was opened! There were spider webs everywhere in the corners and backs of the bed, and there was mold on the floor and walls of the toilet! It was really too dirty! A deposit of 400 yuan was also collected, which was directly transferred to the hotel front desk by WeChat. I can't remember when the last deposit was collected on Ctrip's guaranteed booking!

Many of the room facilities are old and not easy to use, and the sanitary conditions are also quite poor. For example, outside the window is the chimney of the restaurant next door, and outside the door is a warehouse with a lot of changed sheets piled up... I won't repeat these other comments, but add three points: 1. The hotel cooperates with a Hanfu makeup studio, which is right next to our room (it feels like a temporary construction), with a large flow of people and noise. 2. The floor is very thin, and people can feel the vibration when they walk, which poses a very big safety hazard. 3. The service attitude is terrible. Based on the first two points, we wanted to check out after the first night, and the customer service directly confronted us before we said anything; and the customer service did not do any cleaning at all, but just changed a garbage bag for you, not to mention making the bed, changing the sheets, washing the tea set and so on. I am unlucky if I step on a thunder, I will bear what I choose, ok, I can't afford it but I have the right to comment, you readers can decide for yourself

The hotel is located in Shantang Street. During holidays, you have to queue for three hours in Shantang Street. If you stay in this hotel, you can enter through the small door, which saves you a long queue. The hygiene needs to be improved. Others are good. You can see the river view from the room

The room was not ideal, and the hygiene was terrible. Although it was so-called upgraded, the door lock was broken and the hygiene was very poor. The toilet had obvious signs of use, and I guess the room was not cleaned. Very disappointed.

The room is large, with a 2-meter bed downstairs and tatami upstairs, which can easily accommodate 4 people. The house is antique, with wooden stairs, doors and windows. There is a small courtyard from the lobby to the guest room, and the breakfast is also very special. Turn left and walk 200 meters to Pingjiang Road, turn right and walk 50 meters north to Ouyuan, and 200 meters south to Cang Street. The location is excellent.

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities. Hygiene: Good hygiene. Environment: Antique and charming. The homestay is located in the Qilishantang Scenic Area, and the Waicheng River is just downstairs. Service: The boss is handsome and considerate, with a very good service attitude, humble and elegant. I will choose this place again next time I come.

The worst stay I've ever had in a Huazhu brand homestay... I spent over 700 yuan, and it was totally worthless... I don't want to say more, here are some pictures, if it wasn't too late and there was no way to change places, I wouldn't have put up with it at all, the smell in the room was so bad that I wanted to vomit, and I hardly slept all night... I don't know what bit me, and I had a lot of red spots the next day, it's strange where all the good reviews I saw when booking the room came from

The room is large and has a dry and wet separation. Facilities: The TV is large and it is comfortable to watch TV while lying on the bed. Environment: The environment in the Shantang Street scenic area is good. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient! Service: Actively add WeChat and inform in advance that there are bars around the hotel that are open until midnight and will be very noisy. If you mind, you can help cancel for free. Hygiene: I hope it can be improved! Change the bedding. More than 600 yuan a night is not too expensive but not cheap either. The cost performance is not high!

It's terrible! Dirty! Very disgusting. There are dead bugs of all sizes on the window frame 🕷️ The toilet in the bathroom is black! The bathtub is black! After checking in, I asked the front desk if I could get a refund. The front desk said that I couldn't get a refund on the same day, but they could clean it for us again. Here comes the exciting part! An auntie came with a dirty rag and a bottle of radar insecticide. She held up the radar and asked where it was dirty so she could spray air freshener! Oh my god, that's the radar! Not air freshener, right? The dirty rag is even worse. First wipe the toilet, then wipe the washbasin! I quickly stopped it. Why does this sanitary condition cost more than 600? Why? And it can't be refunded? It's pure rip-off. More than 600 is more than enough to stay at the All Seasons! Why come here to suffer? It's terrible! Therefore, I have a very bad impression of the city of Suzhou! I dare not believe Ctrip's ratings in the future.
