Suzhou Melody Hotel

The room rate was excessively high during the May Day holiday. The facilities were old and outdated. The first room I was assigned hadn't been cleaned, so I requested a change, which they promptly accommodated. Otherwise, if the stay was at market price, it would have somewhat met my expectations. I couldn't find the handheld game console either. The room itself was spacious enough. My room faced a construction site, so there was noise. Parking was only available next door; I parked around 6 PM on the first night and left after 11 AM the next day, and it cost 37 yuan.

The room was large and spacious with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. It was well-equipped, and the service was excellent. Parking was also convenient.

The location is super convenient, close to where I needed to be, and getting around was easy. The room itself was spacious and fully equipped with a TV, fridge, washing machine, microwave, and induction hob. The housekeeper was also great and very responsive.

The environment is great, very close to the attractions. Facilities are complete. Service was good, they resolved issues promptly. The environment is pretty good. Facilities are, haha. Hygiene is excellent!

Very satisfied, it exceeded my expectations for the price. I brought my son here for a holiday, and the hotel's location is convenient, the environment is clean, and both check-in and check-out were simple. The room is spacious and well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine and refrigerator. It was also very quiet at night, making it excellent value for money.

The environment is quite good, and the owner is also very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, perfect for a few friends to play cards. You can heat up food, and there's a refrigerator. If you have enough time, you could definitely stay a few extra days.

The hotel's location is excellent, and it offered great value for money even during Chinese New Year. However, the management seemed a bit disorganized. The room we booked on Ctrip wasn't available, and the manager asked us to choose from a few other room types they had. While he was very apologetic, it felt a bit like buying something and then being told yours is gone, and you have to pick from whatever's left in stock... It put us in an awkward position. Nonetheless, the cleanliness and service were both good.

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the room was spotless and odor-free, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and responsive to my needs. The location is convenient for transportation, yet quiet, and the value for money is outstanding. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.

You can see the sunset over Jinji Lake right from your room, which is absolutely amazing!
