The Service there at DoubbleTree is very good, especialy Ms Sally Wang at the Restaurant was reading our wishes just from the eyes ! Due to my Job before Covid came arround i spend half live at Hotels and defined 4 Points a good Hotel constitutes: kindness, cleanness, which direction shows the hand shower (who ever opened the shower-tab blind in the morning knows what i mean) the and hows the toilet paper quality. Even the last 2 Point sounds a bit strange but thats the 4 Point who keep in mind and let me consider if i stay there another time. Only the Last Point could improved there but get covered by the other !

Because I have to take the high-speed rail back to Shanghai at Suzhou East Station, I chose this newly opened orange crystal hotel around the high-speed rail station. The whole stay experience is very amazing! First of all, the environment needs to be said, the room is very new and big, there is no taste at all, the decoration style is simple and high-end, the TV cabinet behind and the bedside table are large floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is very good. Sound insulation is good, unless the door is closed vigorously next door, nothing can be heard. The most impressive thing is the service. I checked out the next morning to catch the high-speed rail. The ladies at the front desk prepared mineral water and milk cakes for us. Because the weather was cold, the mineral water they gave was warm. This small detail reflects that this hotel is pursuing. This is why I am willing to write so many words to praise them (I am really lazy to evaluate), if I still need to take the high-speed rail in Xuzhou in the future, I must still choose this orange!

My husband and I, with my parents, took two children, asked the front desk if there was a spare quilt, the front desk said no, said that our room was full, and there were no other rooms. I called the hotel again. A man answered the phone and said that there was no spare quilt. I said that your other room was a lot empty. You can't take a bed. He said no. If there are guests coming to me to take any quilt to others, I told the product, and gave me a quilt later. There is really no sense of service, it is better to choose an economy hotel. The next day, breakfast, at nine o'clock, many things were gone, and the filling was not timely. I was going to play one star, but when I checked out, a male employee apologized to me and sent a souvenir. This is the only employee with a sense of service. Because of him, I will give you two more stars.

The lobby manager learned that we had brought our eight-year-old son and helped us prepare children's toothbrushes and slippers for our room. 4 bottles of mineral water, Thank you very much. The room is mainly mahogany color, standard luxury business style, the bathroom is marble texture, the bathroom area is large, the building is not blocked, the view is very good, the breakfast peak is crowded, the noodle stall aunt is very hard, the beef noodles are delicious, the soup is very fresh and the noodles are very glutinous.

Hotel is practically new. The rooms are great and very modern. I loved the switch-operated curtains. The smart TV was huge. I was very surprised at the quality for such a low price. The hotel is a little out of the way but located less than 5 minutes from a bus stop.

It turned out that Hanting could be so good, I didn't expect it at all. A place especially petty bourgeoisie, in the rainy season, I can drink coffee while reading a book, so I can take selfies so beautifully. There was even a robot taking me to the room. It was so cute that I couldn’t help but took a photo. I strongly recommend you to try it and the service attitude is super good. The lady at the front desk is so gentle. The important thing is that the price is really cheap, but I was shocked by opening the door. It's very clean and neat. I've always been too lazy to comment, but this hotel really shocked me. It's so good that I will stay here after a business trip.
