Hotel Castle Inn Suzuka

Cleanliness: The hotel is pretty clean but still has a smoke smell in the hallway;. other than that, it is clean. The cleaning lady has a really nice attitude. The hotel will hang towels if they didn’t come to clean inside your room. Service: I literally got a problem about the room because I can't stay in the smoking room. The staff is helping me, but I still need to pay extra for the hotel. This is completely not the staff's fault, but it’s not a good experience. I didn’t complete my stay because I couldn’t afford the extra price surge for the last night. Also met a female staff member that can speak English, and she’s nice! Location: It's not far from the station, but since it’s the countryside, you need to transit a few times and watch for a long time. if you are coming with a car, it’s better. amenity: the public bathtub is small and not big like they said. overall: it’s fine to stay if they have no problem, wish they check the email, not the best but at least stay able

Lovely hotel. Good location, close to suzuka circuit. Value for money

Room is small and old . At such price you would not expect much . Not so value for money

The bed was not too cramped, and almost the entire room was clean. However, the ceiling was dusty, and the carpet looked dirty in the adjacent building. I love that onsen; it's small but comfortable.

Everything was in order as expected but the parking space wasn't available (even if it was stated available on the website) and had to park outside paying.

The hotel is very nice and the room is very clean. The staff was friendly but didn't speak English. However, they have a small translation machine, so communication was manageable. The location is great, with many restaurants nearby and a convenience store just a few meters away. I will definitely stay there again.
