I drove to the Lofoten Islands and had the honor of staying in Svolvær for one night. This hotel seems to be the best hotel here, right by the sea, with a beautiful view downstairs. The front desk lady was warm and nice, and the breakfast was rich. The room was relatively small, but the bathroom facilities were complete, so it was no problem to sleep there for one night. The only drawback was that there was no free parking, and you had to download an app to pay. Overall, it was a very good experience

Purtroppo la nostra camera era stata pulita molto male, gli asciugamani del bagno erano consunti, la spugna finita tanto da far diventare l'asciugamano trasparente!!!! Mancava il bollitore, camera arredata all'essenziale, piccola così come il bagno. Hotel privo di ascensore. .

We had a fab stay - the staff in particular Myja and Francis were very helpful and accomodating - problems with delayed luggage which they helped solve.
Breakfast was varied and delicious!

Everything was great during our 3-day stay at Scandic. Very pleasant and service-minded staff, super breakfast, cozy room with a lovely view. Great reception area with round-the-clock serving of coffee, tea, mulled wine etc. We will definitely be back.

There are way better hotels in Norway - in Svolvær, not so sure. Rooms are cheap, small tv, small bathroom, cheap toilet papers and cheap soap and dispensers. And the pillows, come on, one as large as a car, the two others flat as my wallet. Thinnest pillows I’ve ever had in a Hotell (and I have about 70 nights in hotels a year on business trips).

Tout étant très cher en Norvège il convient de faire jouer la concurrence ... Le Scandic offre le meilleur rapport qualité prix de Svolvaer et son taux d occupation en est la preuve face aux concurrents . Le petit dej inclus est royal et constitue le vrai repas de la journée... saumon à profusion ! ... Les chambres sont nickels ...les télés au top ce qui devient rare à l international ... la situation est centrale et dans l île la plus belle du coin . Svolvaer est un peu le Saint trop de l artic mais c est un petit Best à faire absolument sur 4 ou 5 jours .Le personnel de l hôtel est très pro et sympa même s ils n ont pas le côté chaleureux des Napolitains . La chaleur humaine a cette l'attitude demande un peu de retenue ...

Very nice stay in Svolvær. I think that’s the best location in Town, with the balcony just on the sea. Kind staff. The room was clean and confortable. Good breakfast, expecially the salty one. I recomend it.
