Fast Hotel Lofoten

The space is large in Europe. But the hotel facilities are outdated. Many electronic locks are broken. The hotel customer service took a long time to reply to emails. But it is indeed the cheapest hotel there.

Very good, just save money

As everyone said, there is a high chance that I did not receive the check-in email. I only had voicemail when I contacted the hotel on Sunday. In the end, I relied on the active assistance of trip customer service to successfully obtain the password.

Very good value for money for this accommodation close to the express boats and the hyper center of Svolvær. Very clean room, very good equipment (microwave, kettle, mini fridge, hairdryer), very well heated and very clean. Ease of access with the code system.

Die Lage der Unterkunft fanden wir sehr gut, man ist aber von egal wo in Svolvær schnell überall. Der Zugang zur Unterkunft und zum Zimmer lief über einen Code, den man am Tag des Einchecken zugeschickt bekommen hat. Das hat alles sehr einfach gemacht. Die Unterkunft wirkt zunächst sauber, aber wir mussten vorstellen, dass das nur oberflächlich sind. In der Mikrowelle fanden wir explodierte Essensreste. Die Unterseite des Waschbeckens hat nie einen Lappen gesehen. Auch die Polster der Stühle könnte eine Tiefenreinigung gut gebrauchen. Generell ist es im Eingangsbereich der Unterkunft zu kalt, um dort ohne Jacke zu sitzen. Unser Zimmer grenzte direkt a den Eingangsbereich und dafür war die Tür definitiv nicht gut genug abgedichtet und hat jedes Mal gewackelt als die Haupttür geöffnet wurde.
