We were guests for a few nights in a festival and are excited by the positive experience we were allowed to make in the hotel. From the friendliness and preference of the staff, as well as the holder (we love the dog!), to equipment, cleanliness and hygiene to the selection and quality of breakfast buffet ... Full score for price/performance. (The only small manko: the noisy of the street noise, why the windows remain, but what is due to the location (industrial park). So whoever is a little more noisy and does not want to give up fresh air, should have a room on the courtyard (see section 4.4)

This hotel is located on a side street from the main CityHall quarter. Its staff reception members were particularly kind, which added to the overall atmosphere. There were some decorative stones on the windows along the corridors which drew our attention for giving a rather ”creative” touch to the overall hotel decoration.

Booked a family room and a single room for one night and we were impressed with the service received from check in to check out. The rooms were absolutely spotless with everything you could need for a night away including drink vouchers for its sister property down the road. We stayed on the 2nd floor and once you find the lift out the rear of the hotel it makes sense to have a nice private entrance to your rooms. Will definitely return to Joesepps and Memmigen soon!

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
I tell the hotel that you should know the problems that are formed at Memmingen Airport, so that they recommend your customers to go at least two hours in advance to the airport. The shipping door was opened to the bus, we were the last and many people were left on the ground.

Overall, my stay at Bergers Airporthotel was convenient due to its proximity to Memmingen Airport. The option to walk to the airport or use their airport transfer for 20 euros was handy. Additionally, a supermarket nearby made it easy to grab essentials. The reception operates from 8 am to 8 pm, with an automatic check-in machine available outside these hours, although it's best to reserve directly with the hotel for smoother check-in. The breakfast buffet, priced at an extra 11 euros, was fantastic, and complimentary tea, coffee, water, and gummy bears were a nice touch. However, I had concerns about safety and privacy. The lock didn't seem secure, which is worrisome for solo female travelers. Moreover, cleaners entering my room at 8 am and 10 am, despite the ”do not disturb” sign and before the 11 am check-out time, was disruptive and unacceptable. This aspect needs improvement for a better guest experience.

GGuest UserThis is the best hotel if you are planning to visit Castle of Neuschwanstein. Make sure you booke the main building. We booked the Jagerhaus by mistake. It is a seperate building just a few steps away but the decor is very old style and nothing like the modern ”MAIN” building. We were able to discuss with the front desk and upgrade for a small price to the main building. Breakfast was very nice in the main building.....another reason to stay there.....what you would expect from a boutique 5 star in the area.
The spa (pool and sauna) is fantastic. Amazing view of outside while enjoying either.
SShuijinshuijinIt belongs to the hotel category, but this kind of hotel is in the town of Fessen. The decoration is very traditional in Germany, with various sculptures on the floor walls. The hotel restaurant is also very tasteful. Guests are here to drink beer and chat in the evening, and the environment is great. The bed is soft, the toilet is too high, 1.68 girls can't land on the ground. Is Germany a giant family? The breakfast is quite rich, there are many traditional German foods, suitable for people who want to taste fresh food, but not necessarily delicious.
This was my first time in Munich, and decided to visit the beautiful village of Marktoberdorf, since I wanted to have an authentic Bavarian experience. Our friend who stayed there before recommend Hotel Greinwald to us. This was the highlight of our journey. We were greeted by the owners with a smile and we felt home immediately, they were so kind and care giving, the hotel was beautiful, and the food incredible, their homemade baked bread, pastry, and breakfast was incredible. the staff was super friendly and spoke very good English. We meet the manager Mr. Hiemer, he was fantastic and made sure we had and amazing stay, he recommend places to visit and took fantastic care of us. the room was beautiful , shower fantastic and the beds incredible, the place glows with kindness and warmth, is just a great place to stay. hands down this is one of the best hotels I ever stayed! I will be coming back!
I arrived early and parked in the garage below the hotel. The room was already available so they let me check in. I think the Leonardo Hotel is fairly new. Everything was quite clean and fresh. You need your room key to activate the elevator to go to your floor. I thought this was very clear but so many of my fellow guests were confused and I had to explain. Perhaps this would be better clarified during check in. Through helping other people, I also found out that the key only works for your floor and you can't access other floors. During my three night stay, I rode the elevator with quite a few confused people. There is bottled water in the room when you check in and it's complimentary. In the bathroom, the soap, shampoo and body wash are all one bottle/formulation. There is no conditioner. I didn't have the breakfast at the hotel but I did have dinner at the restaurant one night. It was good but I thought it was funny that I tried to order beer and they were out of a lot of it, as well as some of the menu items. The kimchi and hummus were delicious, and the signature drink was very interesting. My colleague and I needed a place to work on our computers one day and this hotel doesn't really have common/lobby space in which to do that because the restaurant area is closed outside of mealtimes. We sat in one of the conference rooms but a staff member chased us out. That's one improvement that I think this hotel could make (a place to sit and work and plug in a laptop), especially because it seemed like we were not the only business trip people there.
This was the best hotel while I stayed in Germany. If you don’t mind walking it takes about 30min to fussen. At reception, I asked breakfast since I didn’t offer. If you don’t, you should. The buffet style was fascinating and we waitress asked me drink and egg. The coffee was served in a pot and boiled egg could choose hard or soft. The employee the hotel are all friendly and helpful. I planned to go to the castle so I asked to look after my luggage and consented willingly. It was my precious memory staying this hotel. Thank you. I’ll come back someday.
GGuest UserWell the location is amazing!! You can walk anywhere from the hotel which is a bonus but you pay for that bonus too. It is expensive to stay here, the rooms are large and basically bare. Clean and only one pillow per person. To walk to the room took some time due to the largeness of the corridors - sometimes you think you need a map! Beds were ok, not the best not the worse! Buffet breakfast was very good, lots of options and good quality. Probably wouldn’t stay again would look around for a smaller more personable hotel. The underground parking under the hotel has limited, very limited parking in an extremely tight carpark took multiple turns to even get in! Would not recommend that but near the information centre there is a large well lit multi storey parking garage and open 24/7 and wasn’t expensive! The town is beautiful and well worth the visit.
DDaAnderWe chose this hotel as our base during a three-day bike tour and did not regret it. We got what is now rare, even a three-bed room. A family-run hotel where you feel well lifted. A service always pre-eminent, an excellent kitchen, cared beer and a breakfast buffet that doesn't leave any wishes open. And our bikes were allowed to stay in the garage. The Old Factory of the brewery ”Camba Bavaria” is located in a range of ranges with a real beer garden, as well as reading ”Craft Beer” specialities.
GGuest UserFriendly, uncomplicated reception! There are already many of the high-price hotels and hotel chains that can cut a ticket.. We have searched for and found a cheap accommodation on the journey to the holidays. Therefore we were ready to take off, which we had not to do here. nice, helpful, young crew at the reception. Clean, attractive room, facilities functional, fresh. Flattery air conditioning, which we have enjoyed in “monkey heat”. Breakfast ok, for the price called super( adults 10€/ children4€) All in all a fantastic price performance ratio!
GGuest UserExcellent location, just outside the main train station and walking distance to the Konigsplatz from where where most of the city is accessible through trams and buses. Checked in was quick, room was ok, though a small bathroom but fully functional with a heater of its own. Linen is changed once every four days as a routine. Breakfast was ok, covers most of the usual stuff. In all, a nice and convenient place to stay if you would be out most of the day.
Clean hotel, modern. Spacious room and easy parking. It is fine for 1 to 2 nights. The location is easy to get too and easy to reach the city. The staff were friendly and professional. The aircon worked well and the shower was good. Would recommend.
