I Namibia for business, decided to treat friends to a spa day, booked trea**ents for the girls. Let me start by saying a huge thanks to Teresa the spa therapist, she is simply the only light for this establishment, friendly, engaging totally wasted at this hotel. A 5 star establishment would be lucky to have her for sure. The hotel reception staff unorganized and not welcoming at all. We ordered drinks from the bar upstairs after our trea**ents and waited so long we gave up . Just so disappointed in our experience asked to see the Manager Tesa Scot but was told she is not in , hotel owners apparently in Windhoek , no one at reception could tell me their names.

goo customer service in most aspects, the only improvement i would recomend is to introduce meg glass cups at the bar which is on the ground to minimise the movements of bar ladies and gentleman when a customer prefere something which is not provided on the ground bar.

Excellent service delivery from well trained staff at a reasonable cost. I have enjoyed my stay the few days I stayed at Seaside Hotel. I liked the variety offered during breakfast. Looking forward for another visit

the suite I stayed in was great, clean very clean linen very good bed to sleep on, block-out curtains which are good when you sleep, and an awesome sea view. the only sound you get was the soothing sound of the sea waves. I only had breakfast there and it was of a great standard. the SPA is a plus to the experience I had and not to talk about the friendly and helpful staff members you have. I enjoyed my stay! keep it up!

thank you for the wonderful hospitality. i enjoyed every single day of my stay. i was admitted by Christina, very cheerful lady, and everyone that i encountered at the reception where really joyful, kind people. the witters and waitresses where just as kind and sweet. the food, the food was the cherry on the cake, delicious cuisines, the chefs know their business.

Quiet place with the most beautiful view. I enjoyed the meals and Jacuzzi. Staff are such friendly beings, I hope to come back soon. Only that the elevator was out of order but everything else was pretty close to perfection :)

This is directly in relation to the Spa. They provided horrible communication and client service. And they made me pay extra after I had paid their quote in full. Go to a different Spa or ruin your trip

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the client service was on point, timely and very impressive. I appreciated the attitude and people skills of the employees of the hotel. They are helpful and friendly. In addition, the food is delicious and the idea of a buffet is ideal, as it presents many options. My best part of my stay there is the ocean view, my morning walks on the beach, hence this hotel has become one of my favourite places to stay in swakopmund.
