A updated motel with big rooms, one of the few offering king bed, nicely renovated bathrooms, some bigger than others, big TV, table chairs, and accommodating managers. On the main thru road, but road noise was not an issue, easy short walk into the main centre, and a couple minute drive to the pioneer village. Parking outside door. No complaints from us. Would stay again and recommend. Tip! There are some upstairs rooms so book downstairs if your preference.

Burke and Wills is an amazing place to stay Family Suite was ideal for us large bathroom suite has plenty of space. The swimming pool and area is clean and inviting we spent alot of time there. Everything is walkable from the hotel there are so many choices of food restaurants to take away. Pioneer Settlement is 5min drive.

Our 2nd stay here, we stopped over for 1 night, on our way to NSW. Booked a room for 1 adult and 2 children, we had 1 x queen bed and 1 x single. The room was quite a nice size, plenty of room for the table and chairs, and a couple of occasional chairs. The bathroom was nice and updated. We enjoyed our stay here, staff very friendly and professional - very helpful. We would easily recommend this motor inn, family friendly and within walking distance to town. Rooms and surrounds are clean and tidy.
