Although most rooms were occupied, the motel was quiet, peaceful and friendly. Reception and other staff were excellent. Well situated to shopping centre, and cafes, pubs.

Warm welcome at the reception. Rooms were spotless. Will visit again and recommend anyone who is coming to Swanhill. Very close to all restaurants

We had a two night stay and found everything to be well presented and comfortable. When booking we needed wheelchair access in a family room. On arrival we were pleased to see a shower chair and support handles and everything we needed. The recommendation for the local bakery was also much appreciated.

A great welcome from Mick upon arrival, very friendly and full of great advice about the Town, where to eat - where to get the best coffee - what to see or do while I was there.
The Room was very tidy, comfortable, and was looked clearly looked after. Comfortable bed and pillows. Next time Im back will have no problems staying again.

The bed was not good at all. Rooms had good amenities - icrowave, toaster, kettle, good amount of tea / coffee/ sugar, Kooka biscuits, updated bathroom area with shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser etc. Space was big enough to work after hours. Very noisy and busy with the road and coming/going of industrial workers.

I can't speak highly enough of the Quality Inn. We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in. There was nothing that management wouldn't do to make our stay enjoyable. Whatever we needed they would accommodate without hesitation. The room was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The Quality Inn is very well situated. Just a short walk into town or to the Pioneer Settlement. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Swan Hill.

The staff were very friendly, they checked in to see if we needed anything. We were allowed to park our bicycles in the shed out of the rain. The swimming pool was a big hit, my son wanted to swim all day and night. I would definitely recommend the peppercorn and we will visit again.

Excellent motel with good sized room, very clean. Its conveniently located within a short walk of places to eat, drink etc. Would definitely stay here again.
