Swan Reach Holiday Park

We chose to stay here based on what we saw on the internet. We were very disappointed to be placed with our van into a large group of a van Club having their getaway weekend. We were placed next to the barbecue area which was 2 metres from our van. This was also next to the rubbish bin area. There was constant noise and smoke,though this was a nice area. The amenities were pretty ordinary. There are many old buildings in this park which we assume are permanent residents.

Booked to go here in January was double booked and the reception kindly upgraded us to another cabin we were going away with another 2 couples who have now all cancelled due to the park cancelling our booking on October 30th and not being able to honour or rebook us at the rate we were agreed back in January blaming it on a deposit and incorrect card details which is a total lie when I have been using my card daily- more like they wanted to up the rate to $1770 instead of the $945 we were meant to pay . Greedy greedy holiday park! Not only have they lost business from us both but there whole community has as well. From 6 adults and 2 children. We go away quite often and will never ever recommend your holiday park you have left us in a horrible situation 2 months out at the busiest time of the year to try and find a place to go away! Also the lady on the phone was extremely rude and new she had been caught out and just kept blaming a card that wasn’t working instead of trying to fix the issue
