Very conveniently located right in the city center of Swansea. Banks and shopping malls are within minutes of walking distance.

It is located in the heart of the city. Week days are perfect place with lots of people and activities. Weekend is like deserted area and night time a bit quiet. Convenient with restaurant at the lobby. Hotel room is average standard but the bed really needs to be upgraded. (Too soft) Well heated room. Toilet and shower standard and clean.
The best is the convenient location with shopping centre and bus terminal nearby.

This is the second time I have visited the,dolphin and I can't fault it. From the manager to the cafe staff to the chamber maids they are all so friendly and helpful. I am well in to my 70's and I would not stay anywhere else as they treat me with such respect. It deserves more than 3 stars. It has all the amenities you need. This pleasant a**osphere starts With the manager and filters down through the staff. I would recommend The Dolpin Hote Swansea to anyone.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is a great central location downtown Swansea. There is plenty of shops nearby and Primark across the street. You can walk to most things nearby. Room was spacious by UK standards. I would stay here again and recommend using this Hotel for your stays!
