Seven missing blind veins meant you could not block out any light.
Noise from the pub down stairs is very loud.
My room was next the the fire escape (which was the only access to the accommodation) loud squeak noise and slam all night.
Then a party in the adjacent room from pub closing time until 0630.
The hotel is currently under construction.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or money staying there.

good central location in Belmont, unfortunately the bistro was under renovation when I was there, so I had to eat out which wasn't a problem as there was heaps of choice within easy walking distance

My husband and I love staying here, as it is very close to our daughter and her family’s house. Unfortunately this stay was mid renovation. The rooms are spotless and the staff are excellent. We will definitely stay again, and can’t wait to see the completed renovations.

The staff and rooms are great there just in the middle of renovations so a little noisy but once the expansion is finished it will be a even better experience to stay and relax
Great vale for room location and just a quick stay or a little longer stay
Once the restaurant is open it will seem like a one stop shop
