When we made our reservation in trip.com we pay for 6 person (2 adults and 4 children's ). And when we arrived the person in the reception told us that our room is for 4 pepole,and if we want to add 2 more (1 bed and 1 baby crib) we will need to pay then an extra charge (20$). I was very disappointed because I already payed for 6 person.trip.com You need to sync your system with the hotel.

The room is very nice. Compared to the last place I stayed it’s 100x better. Clean, nice, and good location for when I need to stay out here. Very satisfied.

Please have the staff renovate the inside of the property as there were water stains on the ceiling and the carpet had visible holes and was extremely dirty. Thank you in advance for your assistance with this.

The bathroom sink was not actually in the bathroom- it was right next to the bed, which made it difficult to be quiet and not disturb anyone else.

We have been coming here 10 years allways no big issues and staff was allways friendly in last few months it was takenover by what appears to be all pakistan familly and all previous workers were let go, and looks like the workers are all familly and kids. we had room 109 bathroom had super loud screeching exhaust fan , toilet wobbled shower surround broken in spots . NO HOT WATER every morning . only 1 ice machine on 3rd floor. place has gone down hill bad , i explained issues to desk clerk who gave me a dear in headlight stare and only said sorry , looks like we will be looking for a another hotel when in area
