Property is on a location which is easy shopping access. The location is convenient from MIA airport. It’s however a bit of a drive to South Beach area. Room seemed small for the price paid. I did somehow feel that the check in staff was indifferent due to it being a third party booking.

Eduardo was very attentive and kind as soon as we checked in. I will rebook this hotel just to meet Eduardo again due to the level of great service! Lovely view with a balcony, clean rooms, and kind staff. Beautiful area and close to shopping with lots to do. Thank you for a lovely time!

The rooms were awesome, but in some rooms you don’t have a bathtub and my family loves the bathtub but then we called guest services and then we were given another room with a bathtub. And everything else was great. But the lady from the lobby was sick and then a few days after we left the hotel we got sick. So that’s the only bad thing.

Jorge and Eduardo were fantastic. Their customer service is unmatched. Very inviting and friendly. It was a heat wave the week I stayed and they made sure to have cold water’s for guest each time we entered. Thank you for going the extra mile.
