Located Perfect for those of us who buy. We arrived very slow reception. The worst thing was that they practically did NOT clean the room. The bathroom full of papers. The bed was poorly made, even with the bedspread on backwards!
The bar was terrible, out of stock of what appears on the menu. They ONLY had one cocktail because they did not have the base of the sour, the same with the food.
Dismissive reception staff.
On the day of departure, which was at 11:00, they were already knocking on the door at 10:45 to get us out because they needed to check the room and it was not yet departure time.
I do not recommend it if you can look for another option, much less if you go with children.

You can walk to the shopping center. If there is no car, bus number 7 for Miami Down Town passes in front of it. If there is a room, they help for early check-in. There is the possibility to use a computer printer at the reception. There is daily water and coffee facilities in the room. Microwave and refrigerator are available. You can use the pool.

Bad attitude of waiters. It was clearly ordered with breakfast, but I wasted a lot of time saying that there was no breakfast. The breakfast was just over $6, and Ctrip charged nearly RMB 100 a day. Because of a temporary emergency, I checked out one day early without any compensation for the price difference. I lost a charging head and called the hotel and asked for help to send it back. After booking, I found out that the price on Ctrip is much more expensive than the price on the local website in the United States, and Ctrip middlemen make a lot of difference!
