Awesome place!! Heather and Paula were absolutely lovely staff. Clean building and great breakfast! Ever watch key & peele continental breakfast skit.... that was me! Overall great experience and slept soundly

The staff was the most pleasant staff that I have ever experienced with a stay in Sweetwater. The breakfast was a nice touch and tasty.

Stayed one night here as I was traveling through. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was small with cheap furnishings but clean. My room was facing the interstate so the was quite a bit of truck noise. (The other side faces a truck stop so not sure that would be better). Left before breakfast

This is a super friendly, very clean and comfy place to spend a night! They offer a fitness center, pool, and a full breakfast. I like that one could get coffee, hot water and plastic silverware at night. The room was very quiet, with nice towels, bedding and a huge tv. The showerhead in #101 was hung pretty low; I think if you're taller than 5'5 you'll have to hold it over your head. I'd stay there again.

Very poor customer service! I've worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years and decided to start posting reviews regarding my stay. Unfortunately, the information listed online was different then what was provided. Rather than taking responsibility, the staff decided to charge us extra for our stay with them. We did contact Corporate and they apologized and gave us a refund and said they were going to address the issue with management. It ALL starts with good leadership. Recommendation: Get the right people in place, starting with the hotel manager!
