Both me and my family were really satisfied with everything the hotel had to offer. The spa is excellent for children with a shallow pool and a slide. We appreciate the wide breakfast and dinner offer. We will definitely come back sooner rather than later.

My experiences with Sylfirm X have been very painful in the past, but my recent visits to the new Rejuuv Medi Spa at 3601 Highway 7 have been a game-changer. Tina, the nurse, applied the numbing cream to my face and left it on for over half an hour, which was very effective. The addition of laughing gas during the procedure was incredibly helpful in managing any discomfort. I also took 2 Tylenol extra strength for pain relief, I believe other painkillers were not recommended. Within a week, I noticed significant collagen stimulation, so much so that I decided to forgo the Botox for my forehead on the second visit. This modern clinic opened just couple months ago, is situated on the 12 floor, offers breathtaking views from every room and boasts brand new state-of-the-art equipment, which was particularly beneficial for my sensitive, aging skin.

Moc jsme si to s rodinou užili. Příjemný personál. Čisté pěkné pokoje. Skvělá restaurace s chutnými jídly a super koktejly. Jediné co bych přivítal je bar ve wellnessu. We enjoyed it very much with our family. Nice staff. Clean nice rooms. Great restaurant with delicious food and great cocktails. The only thing I would welcome is a bar in the wellness area.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The staff is courteous and friendly, and they also try to speak several languages. The room and bed are excellent, comfortable, and adequately equipped. The massage was excellent. The spa offer is highly recommended. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was very crowded. Lots of families with children, not much space. The breakfast buffet and evening buffet were unfortunately no longer replenished with fresh food 30 minutes before closing time, which we did not like.

The hotel was very nice and clean, located in a beautiful place, close to everything. Dining room with a view of the mountains. A beautiful hotel, warm and with really good staff (very nice and helpful at all times). I recommend it to everyone. Children will be delighted as well as people going alone or as a couple. Hotel & Medi -Spa Biały Kamień is worth recommending, everything is at the highest level. The rooms were clean, super equipped, the staff was very nice and helpful, always smiling and polite, and the food was very tasty and fresh, delicious freshly squeezed juices, simply first class. Always happy to come back! Second time here and pure relaxation!! In short: friendly, modern, stylish, clean and super tasty!!! Friendly (multilingual!) staff, modern and stylish facility, clean rooms with kettle (coffee and tea included), comfortable mattresses, super soft pillows and duvets!! The food in the hotel and in the restaurant is first class! (comes from my husband and he is not that easily impressed)!! There is simply no BUT here!
