A very beautifully located and ideal family hotel. Despite the high occupancy, there was generally not much noise from children. This is probably thanks to the good concept: a good play area for children right next to the restaurant, as well as seating areas for parents, and then a sports bar with TV.
Direct access from the hotel to the water park with two slides and a 15 m swimming pool and sauna area with a large whirlpool.
Highly recommended hotel with very friendly staff.
Location to the ski area right in town and to Harachov (CZ) and Liberec and Rokitnice. Each is about an hour's drive away, but easily accessible.
At least a charging station for electric cars could be improved, as the next practical station is currently only in the Czech Republic. The charging station at Lidl in town is currently not in operation.

Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We will definitely come back.

The trip was intended for skiing, but unfortunately the weather was bad and we were met by the Jizera Mountains, nearby attractions and the hotel itself. If the weather is bad, you can always "waste time" in the hotel at the swimming pool, gym, bar games (pinball, billiards, etc.) or visiting nearby attractions that are really close to the hotel. Overall impressions were very good. Rating: 1. Rooms - 4 (clean, but refreshing would not hurt. The arrangement of beds was probably forced because there is not much space to move in a room for 4 people. 2. Service - 5 (hardworking and very nice and helpful) 3. Meals - 6 (excellent, I have never seen such a wide selection. Incredibly large selection for breakfast and lunch/dinner) 4. Attractions - 4.5 (basically a swimming pool, gym, saunas, salt chambers + games, nothing to complain about class of the hotel. The problem here are more tourists who should know that appropriate behavior should be observed in certain sectors, etc.) Summary: If I came back from the holidays satisfied and with nice memories, it means that it was worth it (despite the bad weather)

A nice hotel for a ski trip. I was there for the weekend from Saturday to Sunday to go skiing. Clean hotel, located off the beaten path. About 2 km to the ski lift. The hotel itself is quite old, but clean. The biggest advantages include the Aqua Park, which is unlimited for hotel guests. 3 saunas: dry, infrared and steam. 3 pools - swimming, relaxation and bubbles. There is also a brine jacuzzi and 2 slides. The water park is a nice option for relaxation after skiing, but also an attraction for children. I bought 2 meals and this was also a plus - it was quite tasty. The disadvantages include small rooms and bathrooms. Hotel parking could also be cheaper - PLN 30 per day. I can confidently recommend this hotel to people looking for a good hotel at a decent price. There are no luxuries here, but it is decent. This is a sports hotel and you should have that attitude. For lovers of all spa trea**ents, the hotel also offers something, but I haven't used it and I won't comment on it.

I regret to say that it was the worst stay in the mountains we have ever experienced. The stay for a family of 3 cost us over PLN 5,000 for 4 nights. We were not informed about any additional costs such as: hotel bathrobe - the fee was charged automatically for PLN 30 per piece, which we found out about only when settling the bill at check-out. Barbarically expensive parking, the cost of which was not mentioned by anyone when checking in. A room that smelled of rot. We were with a four-year-old child who asked every day why our room smelled of urine. Leaky windows, it was impossible to sleep at night due to the strong wind. Very low quality meals. Broth is water rather than soup for a child. The rude reception staff did not want to help us in any way or explain the above situations. No compensation! To sum up, we are extremely disappointed and disappointed, we will never visit this hotel group again. Like the rest of the group of other people we managed to meet at the hotel. Value for money - 0!
