"Absolutely all services correspond to the declared, the furnishings in the rooms - everything as in the photo. We had an early arrival, the reception of the apartments opens at 8.30, but the managers were constantly in touch, offered the option of placing luggage in a neighboring hotel before check-in. They also tried to accommodate us earlier than the appointed time. The room was cozy, the kitchen has everything you need - dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils - a saucepan, a frying pan, a ladle. There were several capsules for a coffee maker and disposable bags of olive oil. Comfortable beds and pillows. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but there is a self-service laundry very close (near the Trevi Fountain). The apartments are cleaned every day. The windows overlooked a quiet street. Very convenient location, all the sights can be reached on foot. During the week, we did not use public transport even once.
Thanks to the Amazing Piazza Venezia Suites team for their attention and excellent organization of the guests' vacation! We will be happy to recommend it for accommodation and will come back ourselves!"

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is quite remote; the immediate surroundings are very rural with undeveloped roads, even those leading to subway stations, making public transport access feel somewhat isolated. A taxi to major attractions like the Colosseum area, for example, costs around 50 Euros. However, the room was very spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. Despite the inconvenient location, it's still worth recommending.
KkenjilogoA very, very good hotel. Although the location is a bit far from the city and the central station, a taxi cost about 16 euros a day, but the hotel rooms are indeed much better than those in the city. Especially the bed and soundproofing, the surrounding area is purely residential, restaurants and supermarkets are very close and convenient. The hotel provides a taxi service for 10 euros a trip to the vicinity of the Mouth of Truth.
MMaria MDWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either.
The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it.
The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.
GGuest UserThis is a great hotel that has many amenities which include a large breakfast buffet option, a large gymnasium. and a bar on the main level with a pool table.
The shower never ran low on hot water nor pressure and a Lavazz Espresso machine was inside the room with a large TV, safe box, a mini refrigerator,a wardrobe closet, and an excellent blow dryer which delivered uninterrupted high heat.
The staff were kind and upon requests were helpful to include arranging for a private driver to the airport for a competitive cash price.
I look forward to returning again in the future.
CCHENThe hotel is outside the center of Rome. There are buses at the door, but it is often not allowed. There are many Romans who rely on public commuting, so they are very crowded. In addition, the road from the airport bus to the hotel entrance is too bad to go, the sidewalk is about 60 cm wide ~ one person can walk, the box must be in front of the body, the road is uneven, the traffic is very dangerous. Remember, if you want to take the bus from the airport bus, you can buy a roma pass or a 24-hour, 48-hour day ticket, or a single ticket in the small square tabacchi shop (tobacco shop). Otherwise, if you want to go out from the hotel, you have to go to the square to buy a ticket to get the car - the station at the entrance is in vain.
GGuest UserThe hotel is really far from the city center. Every time you want to go to Rome, the Vatican, or even the airport, you have to pay at least €40 for a taxi. You might save money on the hotel rate, but you'll end up paying double for transportation. Public transport is also far from the hotel, and you have to change lines multiple times.
SStepan TevsHotel Roma Montemario offers a mix of positives and negatives for visitors. The rooms, while small, exude a cozy atmosphere, inviting guests to unwind. However, the peculiar placement of the air conditioner behind the curtains may lead to some inconvenience. The shower's tight space poses a challenge, making it difficult for some guests to comfortably use. Additionally, the city tax of 7.5 euros per person, along with the extra 15 euros for a small dog, might come as an unexpected extra cost, especially considering the restriction on leaving pets in the room.
On a brighter note, the breakfast served at the hotel is a definite highlight, with delicious options to start the day. In terms of location, Hotel Roma Montemario falls short, being quite a distance from major landmarks, which could be a drawback for those looking to explore the city easily. Ultimately, while the hotel has its charms, aspects like room size, shower space, additional fees, and location should be considered when booking a stay at this establishment.
GGuest Userthe location is not good, far from bus/train station n very dangerous at night without light, not to mention the poor condition of the road that not flat to move trolley
breakfast is ok though
n forgot to mention i was charged 6€ per night as tax, not sure if it’s correct as i didn’t get any notification when i book it. think it’s expensive for 6per night
GGuest UserThough I booked a standard room with a courtyard view, they gave me a room at the backside with no view. Though the hotel is 4 stars but I was surprised that the room has no mini bar or kettle or provided bottle of water.
Breakfast is ok with good varieties. Location is convenient, only 15 minutes by bus to St Peter cathedral.
Overall experience is good for the value of money
EEmana cozy and budget-friendly accommodation option. This bungalow seems to cater to travelers looking for simplicity and affordability. With basic amenities like two single beds, an electric heater, and essential supplies like blankets and toilet roll no towels, it provides a practical place to stay. The shared shower and bathroom might require some upkeep, but the staff's friendliness and willingness to help can make the experience more pleasant.
The navetta service £1 to the train station is a convenient feature, especially for those on a budget. The mention of needing a phone torch at night highlights the rustic charm of the location, while the 18-minute walk from the bus station adds a bit of adventure. Overall, it seems like a great option for humble travellers looking to save money and enjoy a friendly atmosphere.
