GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location, right behind the Marriott, which really highlights its great value for money. The views are beautiful, and it's convenient for taxis, cycling, and public transport. I really like Baiyun District; it's not as crowded as the old city, and I prefer a quiet and comfortable stay.
The service at this hotel is exceptional. From check-in staff to housekeepers and the concierge, everyone provides thoughtful service. My flight was delayed, and it was inconvenient to go out in the rain, but the butler thoughtfully helped arrange a late check-out, which was very considerate.

GGuest UserThe room view was impeccable, and the facilities were up to standard.
Complaint 1: The parking lot is shared with K11, and it's very narrow and messy. It took me ages to find the hotel entrance, and there was no one to guide me, not even at the hotel entrance.
Complaint 2: The hotel corridors are a bit creepy, winding and dimly lit.
Complaint 3: At 11 PM, just as I was about to fall asleep, I was startled awake by the sound of a door closing next door. At 2 AM, I was woken up by noise in the hallway. At 4 AM, I was startled awake by some rustling sound outside my door... In short, the soundproofing is terrible.
Complaint 4: The pillows were as soft as clouds, offering no support whatsoever. I had to pile four of them up to use.

1. Parking was hard to find. The only instruction was to use navigation, but it took me ages to navigate. Maybe I'm just not good at it.
2. The bathroom had a strong urine smell as soon as I checked in.
3. The pillows, while some were firm, were either too hard or too soft, making it uncomfortable for both adults and children. (For such an expensive room, why not provide better pillows, like those from Atour Planet?)
4. Breakfast at the Princess Hotel next door was terrible. (Limited variety, hard fried eggs, and overly salty tea eggs. Even though the wontons were freshly cooked, they were still lukewarm.)
Advantages:
1. The room facilities and the drinks and snacks in the refrigerator were good. They even provided snacks for the kids (chocolate beans, fries, coconut water, dried apples).
2. The room had tea and a teapot, which were delicious. 👍
3. The room had a record player; if you weren't satisfied with the music, you could exchange it downstairs.
4. The room had a Dyson hairdryer, high-end toothpaste, and a good coffee machine.

AAnonymous UserI stayed for 9 nights over Chinese New Year in Guangzhou. I was so lucky to find such a satisfying hotel; everything from the facilities, amenities, service, cleanliness, and transportation was perfect. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was also excellent – when I was too lazy to go out, I pretty much ate there every time, even booking my New Year's Eve dinner there. On the first day of the ***** New Year, they even distributed red envelopes to every room, though unfortunately, mine was stolen. Still, the hotel's thoughtful gesture was much appreciated.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's front desk service was excellent and very thoughtful. They even gave a small souvenir to our child when we checked out. The room was tidy and well-equipped. The lobby also thoughtfully provided cookies, coffee, and tea bags. There was plenty of parking, and since our car had temporary plates, they even called someone to open the gate for us. The service response was very quick.

KKongzhongfeibendeduankuThis hotel is really close to my company in Guangzhou, so I've been staying here a lot recently. I really like the unique corridor design, and the breakfast is great – a good variety and quite filling. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 11th floor on the 28th. She found my ID card holder that I'd lost in the hallway and returned it to me. While it wasn't valuable, it saved me a lot of hassle! It immediately made me feel a real connection to the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our queen room was very spacious, and the bedding was changed daily, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. Whenever we needed assistance, the staff were always quick to help and extremely accommodating.
They were especially helpful when we needed directions or transportation, always making sure taxis were arranged for us and that we knew exactly where we were going. The level of service was truly outstanding, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. I can’t wait to come back again.
A special thank you to Mai and May, who kindly helped my mum and me order takeaway when we couldn’t understand the Chinese app. Your hospitality meant so much to us. Thank you as well to the bellman who helped carry our shopping upstairs and to the gentleman who kindly opened our taxi door — every member of the team was so lovely and attentive.
My mum and I were visiting during a stressful trip while buying things for my wedding, but your kindness and support made the experience much easier and far more enjoyable.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and fully equipped with all sorts of children's amenities. The cute cartoon character signs were a big hit with the kids!
The service was exceptionally attentive. Throughout the entire park, if staff saw you looking a bit lost, they'd immediately come over and ask if you needed help. This was especially true at the Wild Animal World, where they were ready to answer any questions about directions.
The staff at the Animal World were incredibly knowledgeable about all the animals. They could answer any questions about the animals they were in charge of at any time, and they were very enthusiastic.
The Grand Circus was absolutely spectacular! I saw looks of amazement on the children's faces, and their applause was both enthusiastic and heartfelt.
The early park admission was a huge advantage. We barely had to queue for the roller coaster and pirate ship at the amusement park, and we got into the Animal World's mini-train ahead of the main crowd. It was perfect!

JJiushi qiMy stay here was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Check-in at the front desk was quick and friendly, and they even offered to help with my luggage. The room was clean with no strange odors, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the hot water was consistently good. This hotel offers amazing value for money, with thoughtful touches everywhere. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again for my next visit!

Environment: The hotel's surroundings are excellent! It's very close to the Pearl River, offering views of Haixinsha, and even better, it directly faces the Canton Tower!
Service: The front desk staff thoughtfully informed us about a concert on the night of our stay and warned us there might be a little noise, but it didn't affect our experience. The hotel also has a delivery robot that brings takeout right to your room.
Facilities: You can tell it has a bit of history; it's an old classic, but still quite good! The hotel also has a restaurant, though I didn't get to try it.
Location: It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the subway station, but if you take a taxi, it drops you right at the hotel lobby.
