"I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing.
The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed.
Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays."

The location is quite good, and you may see beautiful scenery.
I have made a reservation many times, there also got mall nearby, which is quite convenient :)
Most importantly, the air conditioner is quite new and cool.
The environment is really comfortable and will be booked again!! :))

GGuest Userthe check in is abit lengthy because it is a residences with high security. but in the end we made it. the first thing we notice was the stained floor.
the room was okay. we love the seating areas and smart tv. although after few moments there was baby cockroach and ants crawling. the bathroom has this sewage smell. what is so dissapointing is that the curtain is not a blackout one so when it is morning, it was abit bright for us.
but for the price you pay, it was all worth it. do bring your own toothpaste and brus
