Hotel has good facilities, good beds and a great and varied breakfast - there is also something for allergy sufferers. There is now also water in the room. The only small drawback is that the water pressure in the bathroom could be improved and the air conditioning cannot be regulated individually.
Super central location, just a few meters from the UBB train station, about 15-20 minutes from the center and the beach.

The location is good. Hotel rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is good. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs are very mushy and almost raw. Otherwise, there is a good selection. Staff at the reception are not friendly. They only speak English.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen.
Als erstes hatte meine Frau den Handtuchhalter in unserem Zimmer in der Hand. Dieser war nur lose in die Waschtisch-Verkleidung gesteckt.
Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption unter den Augen der Gäste am Mobiltelefon spielend vorzufinden vorzufinden, war unpassend. Das Frühstück als solches ist in Ordnung. Die Performance der Servicekräfte beim abräumen und der Reinigung ist nicht auf einem Niveau, das man erwarten darf. Individuelle Wünsche des Gastes finden keine Beachtung.
Ein zweites Mal werden wir dieses Hotel nicht buchen.
