Location: In fact, in a palm-sized place like Sydney, location is not very important. Is the museum next to Mick Mac Aboriginal a plus?
Cleanliness: 100 points
Service: 99 points, generally good, but one point is deducted when breakfast only has eggs as a source of protein. I asked the service staff, there is no meat, ham, meat, none at all.
Facilities: It looks clean, but the swimming pool is too crowded and the gym is a bit small.
Probably the best hotel in Sydney. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

Good stay. The property is very nice. Area is safe and well lit.
Restaurant next door in the convention centre was good but expensive for what it was.
There was a team that slammed doors and banged on the walls until almost midnight the first night.
Janessa at the front desk was lovely and very informative and helpful.
Breakfast was ok. Clean in the food area but they didn’t wipe the tables down often enough and they were visibly on their
Phones at the door way.

Staff was very accommodating, the room was very clean, and they had an actual crib for my baby. The pool was out of service at the time, we didn't book it for the pool, but i could see how it would be upsetting if someone did. There was no notice prior to our arrival about the pool.

It's very convenient that it's linked by glassed in passerelle to the Trade & Convention Centre in Membertou. No need to get out in winter.

First time staying at the Hampton Inn in Sydney and have been singing your praises to all my friends and family. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Front desk staff, particularly Mark and Amesh were wonderful, giving us directions and keeping us informed. Breakfast was excellent and facilities wonderful. Thank you :)
