1. The location is decent. It's a quiet area, but the amenities are just okay. For food, there's only McDonald's and KFC across the street. The nearest mall is about a 20-minute walk and has plenty of Chinese restaurants inside. 2. The hotel service and facilities are excellent. 3. The breakfast spread is very rich, including congee, which is great for those with a Chinese palate. 4. There's a wild turkey in the hotel's parking lot, which was quite amusing!

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was super convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk from Town Hall, making it easy to get to the CBD, World Square, and Darling Harbour. The front desk service was lovely, and overall, I had a very comfortable stay.

It's best to call and confirm the hotel's shuttle bus service, as they seemed not to have received my email, and I waited for half an hour at the airport. However, the front desk service was excellent, and breakfast offered both hot and cold items, fruits, and vegetables. Very satisfied with the price! 👍

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I went with 2 other friends and got upgraded to a King suite with a sofa bed which was extremely comfortable and a king bed. The bath is huge and the room is clean. Overall very satisfied with the place, would definitely recommend!
