The location of the hotel is good, but the service is average! I had already arrived at the hotel at 10:00 in the morning to check-in and store my luggage. I understand that if I arrive at the hotel early, there is a chance I won't be able to get settled in my room. Because the official check-in time is 15:00. So I was already on my first day of itinerary after checking in my luggage. I went back to the hotel at 14:30 to check if I could get into the room. The front desk also replied that I couldn't because the room was not ready yet. So I waited in the lobby, but while waiting, I saw many other guests checking in and successfully getting to their rooms. Most of them were white. (I can’t imagine whether the hotel staff discriminates against Asians). In the end, I really had to wait until 15:00 before I could enter the room, but the room was obviously ready early, but the staff didn't want me to enter early.  The hotel's location is good, but the service is quite average! I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM to check in and store my luggage. I understand that arriving early means I might not be able to settle into my room since the official check-in time is 3:00 PM. Therefore, after storing my luggage, I went out to start my first day's itinerary. When I returned to the hotel at 2:30 PM to inquire about my room, the front desk replied that it was still not ready. I then waited in the lobby, but during that time, I saw many other guests checking in and successfully getting their rooms, most of whom were white. (I can't help but wonder if the hotel staff discriminates against Asians.) In the end, I really had to wait until 3:00 PM to enter my room, but it was clear that the room had already been prepared earlier; the staff just didn't want to let me in before the official time.

Meriton is a group-operated brand in Australia. The location is very convenient. The kitchen facilities in the room are fully equipped, including a washing machine and dryer. It is very friendly for our long holiday trip!

After checking out, I wanted to use the restroom in the hotel lobby, but the front desk said it was not available and I had to go outside.

Great experience, considerate service

The scenery is amazing, the night view is beautiful, and I was lucky in the morning and saw hot air balloons. My parents love it.
