Great location room was spacious and great amenities

The hotel is pretty big and the view is pretty good. However, toothbrushes and slippers are not provided in the hotel and no one help us to tidy the room once we went out.

Good short stay at the hotel, is quite accessible to stations and to the city area if needed. Nice to have a kitchen. Only thing have to take note is no cleaning during stay.

Excellent service and location only problem was carpet not properly cleaned, being from a hospitality background we noticed it.

The simple kitchenware is available, which is a highlight, but the kitchen paper towels are a bit dirty. The surrounding area is very safe because there is a police building across the road. There is no daily cleaning. There is no mineral water. It is great to provide free and sufficient rain gear in time on rainy days. This room is quite spacious and bright in the city center.

It is close to the train station and has convenient transportation, and there are many choices of restaurants nearby.

The room is not big, but there is also a small kitchen. The transportation is convenient. It is not far from the Town hall, and very close to Hyde Park. The overall environment is a bit old, and the price is high. The handsome guy at the front desk is very friendly. Take T8 from the airport and get off at the Museum, it is easy to find.

It clearly says there are two beds, but after checking in, there is only one double bed, and the other bed is actually a sofa bed. I think this point should be written clearly (there is no photo reference) The sofa bed was in very poor condition. The location is great! If you stay for three nights, there will be no housekeeping service at all, but there will be a washing machine that you can use for free. WiFi cannot be connected. The lobby staff are very friendly!

The location was so good that I walked everywhere. It was a good location to get to the station and tram. The staff are so friendly too everything was good I went while eating breakfast.

Great location, central to a variety of restaurants, walking distance to parks and main sites in Sydney. The 1 bedroom unit was clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Excellent location for getting around the sights of Sydney and the train station for getting out of town, eg: The Blue Mountain region. Lovely room, cafe attached to the lobby and helpful staff... home from home!

The accommodation was superb, spacious area, the bedroom was able to be closed off, good bathroom and shower, excellent lounge/dining area, very comfortable all round. Location is excellent, Surry Hills, right in the City Centre. Staff were extremely helpful, happy, always with a smile and very professional Would highly recommend.
