Paid for a breakfast bar $9 X 3 that closed at 9.30am. Was not informed this was the deadline. No refund provided. System ‘down’ on departure so could not resolve before we left.
No one answers the phone, leave a message on answering machine, wait a day - no response, on repeat for two days (trying to book a parking space for our stay).

First of all, I was surprised that the hotel that cost 1,200 yuan a night did not have a hairdryer. I had to borrow it from the front desk and the guy asked us to return it before 10 o'clock. Secondly, I stayed for seven days and the room was not cleaned. I asked the front desk twice to clean the room and the toilet and bathroom were not cleaned. I was speechless. The air conditioner is very old and noisy. The windows cannot be opened and are very stuffy. The buffet is even worse and the bread and cereals are speechless... Friends, if you have any other choice, don't come to this restaurant.
