Cleanliness: 100 points
Service: 99 points, generally good, but one point is deducted when breakfast only has eggs as a source of protein. I asked the service staff, there is no meat, ham, meat, none at all.
Facilities: It looks clean, but the swimming pool is too crowded and the gym is a bit small.
Probably the best hotel in Sydney. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Rooms have been updated within the last year as well. Breakfast is delicious with many options of hot or cold. They even have things for on the go. There is a great restaurant attached by a walkway called Kuju’s. The food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

I usually book Hampton Inns since they have a comfort level I like. This hotel seemed a bit less than we usually get. Carpet in our room was torn and the price was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our 2 week stay in the maritimes. View was not very nice. Pool was down for repairs. Breakfast was good and since the location was close to the Fortress at Louisbourg it was convenient. I think I might try to find somewhere else to stay if I come back to Sydney.

It was March break, so it was very busy. Check in was great. The gentleman was very kind. I also Had my niece there for the pool but there was no towels for us to use and we asked the front desk and they were very rude about it. Knowing it’s March break they should have been prepared for lots of towels to be used. Upon check out the staff was incredibly rude, I did not get a name cause I just wanted to get out of there. I asked if I could pay on debit and was refused. I won’t be in a hurry to get back there

The gentlemen at the front desk was rude when we were checking in. Also I feel the pool should be monitored because there were many kids on the water slide that were jumping and making chains and purposely getting stuck in it which was holding up the line up for the other kids!
