The staff is always friendly and the beds are very comfortable. Very clean too.

This hotel charged me without telling me for "smoking residue for cigarrettes or pot" (quoted from the lady working) when I do not smoke either one and was not done in the room; Asked for photos of proof, they did not have that either on file. The general manager was relaying info for a young worker to tell me, GM did not call me or notify me. Unprofessional to the max Have fun getting sued for charging something without telling them and for no proof, good try trying to make up for low margings; If you want to be scammed, stay here, if not there are plenty of better locations towards the Cherokee or Maggie Valley area

Ethan was great upon check in and for my stay when he was there. I believe I was overcharged on my last day. They made me change rooms and promised I would get the military rate as I did the other days. You charged me 3 times. The last one was outrageous. Someone take a look please.

The front desk clerk at check in was great. The room was okay,although I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the bed. Breakfast was disappointing. The choices were cereal, biscuits and gravy, waffles, two flavors of yogurt, and an apple. Coffee and tea. No real protein choices. At checkout, a sign with “Back in 10 minutes.” No idea when it was placed or how long it would be before someone returned. The property is located along a busy, divided highway with no food/restaurants nearby. Was sadly disappointed with my stay and felt that little effort is put toward customer satisfaction. Would not recommend.

CLEAN facility and friendly staff.

The tv has always been on the blink in the last 3 times we have stayed. My husband fiddled with the cord in back and got it to improve this last stay.... they offered to move us to another room but that is hard when you are already settled in for the night! We reported this problem with every stay.

Great staff upon arrival. Took no time checking in. Our concert was in Cherokee, about a 20 min drive. Staff checked us in, took our luggage up, freshened up and headed out. The mini convenience store was great, I had ice cream in our return. Plenty of water and various drinks and snacks and food. Very pleasant stay with comfortable beds.

Clean rooms, wonderful staff that was super friendly with check-in.
