Better than expected. The king suite was amazing. Outside of not having a door on the bathroom and no wash cloths or tea towels to clean up after dinner. The jacuzzi tub was amazing and the bed was incredible. Great value for price. Outside of the quirky Misses

There was a weird smell in the room as if it was not ventilated for days. Booked for a king bed but got a queen bed instead and when asked, that was apparently their king size. No elevator in the hotel.

It's clean and comfortable. Close to some restaurant few minutes drive to the lake. Good customer service. Free breakfast.

Property was clean, room was adequate as we just needed a bed to sleep in. Heater in the room was good, the only issue was the fan that only had two settings (on & loud or off & quiet) which made it difficult to sleep as it was either too loud to sleep, or too chilly to sleep.

I like it was clean , quite. And has a restaurant.
Because it was busy, parking was hard to fine.

The service/ staff were very polite and accommodating.1st room was freezing to the point that the toilet water was frozen
We switched rooms with no issues with staff. 2nd room was dirty , hands prints on washroom door along with long black hair . Window had handprints and lips on it . There was garbage and stuff under the beds. The rooms were not dusted and the landlines didn’t work. Plus the hotel restaurant advertised open until 11:30 on weekends. But was closed at 7:30 pm. Rooms are outdated and there is no elevator. The wallpaper was all pealing not to mention the breakfast was limited and you can upgrade for extra charge.
