酒店環境衞生都可以，但是此酒店管理差評，員工沒有職業操守，在我住店期間和離店以後連續發生盜刷事件，再不去住了！

I arrived late and although the hotel stated they had valet parking, we were left to find our own parking. We were not encouraged to park in the hotels parking area due to homelessness surrounding the area. We were tired after a very long drive and the search for parking added to a stressful day. The hotel posted that masks were required and yet when we walked in almost none of the guests were wearing masks. Our suite was nice but there were no indications that it was COVID clean, other Marriott hotels we have stayed at since Covid have made you feel safe. When I checked out the next Fay, the woman at the front never even bothered to ask me about my stay or say something that would make me want to return. That is why I give them a 3. I’m in Syracuse often but I would rather stay somewhere else that might be a tad less lavished but better customer service.

I recently stayed here for business. Although Syracuse was not tremendously exciting, the Marriott did an amazing job with this hotel. I am not big on history, but this hotel is absolutely stunning. You could spend hours walking around, just looking at the history; elevators, doors, fixtures, passages and stunning detail. I felt like I was in the Hollywood Hotel from Disney World, but completely updated. My room was spacious, with a large couch, desk and two beds. The exercise area is on the top floor and very nice. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, including a pizza shop, Subway and a mini Dollar General market. I would love to see some type of rooftop terrace or a place to enjoy the sun. Otherwise,a very beautiful historic hotel.

The Marriott Syracuse Downtown is located close to the University and close to restaurants and Coffee shop. The University is 10 mts from this place and there are some restaurants in the walkable distance . There is also a Salt City Bar for for a glass of wine and also coffee shop . The Hotel room was very spacious and clean.We had access to the lounge and was pretty decent.The interior has some architectural elements that were interesting.Do not expect parking and valet parking seem to the only option. I will definitely stay there again
