I don't recommend the hotel because of the service. We cancelled our stay two days before arrival due to the sudden death of my dad and they even charged us for a parking space. Soulless, disorganized staff. Lack of individual approach to the client.

A very nice hotel: very good food, well-thought-out and very aesthetic architecture, you can feel the cool mountain a**osphere. Pleasant (though relatively small) spa area; very good new restaurant; rooms Ok; the hotel is very well located, 100 meters from the ski lift, 10 minutes from the entrance to the National Park and hiking trails; This is our 3rd stay, and we very rarely return to the same places :) The only minus is the small space in the common areas: lobby bar, spa, swimming pool, gym, games room. This is not a problem if the hotel is not fully booked, but it is very bothersome when there are a larger number of guests (we experienced this on the last day of our stay and before that we did not extend it by an additional day, which was originally planned). It would be useful to create additional common spaces. So five stars if it's not fully booked :)

Perfect Place to be :) Stayed only one night, and all were awesome. Very night quality hotel, kind staff, superb SPA. Restaurants and bar were very good. Definitely recommended neapolitan pizza, so Delicious. Location of the hotel is just perfect, so close the ski slope, and near by river. One kind comment, fitness centre should be available 24/7. Sadly, It was closed after working hours of SPA.

We enjoyed our stay. Very friendly employees. We were on holiday, so there were plenty of attractions. My son is happy with the animation. The pool was small and intimate, but it was never crowded and everyone found a place for themselves. 250 m to the slope. Overall, we are very satisfied. Delicious dinners. Each of us found something for ourselves. For me, too much fish and too little meat. It turned out that there was only fish and nothing else. And I don't eat fish. There was always broth and another soup. There could be fries for children every day;). Breakfasts are monotonous but also good. I rate my stay 5/5.

The hotel is OK. Right around 4 stars. The service was OK, the restaurant was really good, but the vegetarian menu was very short - just for two meals. The pizzeria is probably even better. The pool is small and the water is not warm. The room we had was large and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom was poorly designed and the water from the shower leaked all over the bathroom and if it weren't for the flood embankments made of towels, it would have flooded the room as well. Similarly, poorly thought out roof windows which need to be covered with some skill, and one also needs to be covered with a ladder. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful. The worst thing about the hotel is the surroundings and the smog=stench. Forget about having the window open during the day or at night - he writes about winter. It was supposed to be a health resort, but I felt like I was in Upper Silesia, there was nothing to breathe. When I accidentally opened the window during the day, an hour later the room smelled of burning. Unfortunately, for me this facility is out of the question unless the health resort becomes a health resort.

I loved the two swimming pools, hydro massages, and three different saunas. Best place and next to sky center. Nice place to go with the family. Two options to eat (Napolitano pizza 🍕 was very good).

Great hotel for family with kids. Staff members are excellent and made our stay so pleasant. The reception guy make amazing his job. Everything was spotless clean. The food in restaurant was greate even for the most demanding guests - our children. The proximity to the ski lift makes it possible to reach the lower station of the lift in just a few minutes on foot. You will not regret visiting this hotel.

Not much food, 1 type of meat, fish and pasta for dinner, poor buffet for children, thin walls, dirt under the sofas, 1 bathroom per 65 m apar**ent, too expensive parking, cold water in the pool, plus for the decor and service and for tasty food , overall rating 3
