I never received the instructions to enter the apar**ent! No way to get the key, or even enter the building.
They don't have an email or phone number!
Don't book here unless you wish to sleep in the street!

Needs block out curtains also instructions on how to use TV, washing machine and Induction stove in English. Walls not sound proof can be noisy from neighbours. Apart from this great place staff helpfull

Overall nice experience. Please consider exchanging washing mashine and tv. Washing mashine didn't work and a TV remebers my grandma. Positive side - great location, shops nearby, short walk to the river banks and boulevards. Castle view. Spacious rooms and nice staff.

This is one of the worst places i have ever stayed and I stay in over 40 places per year. There were spiders everywhere, the beds must be 20 years old they are so soft and uncomfortable. We had parking, but the owner kicked us out and we had to park on the street as they wanted to park their car in our spot.
