I visited this hotel together with my daughter. I had booked the hotel online on their website a few days in advance. The web site for booking gave me the impression that I pre-paid for the room (which I did not), that led to some confusion at check-in, however neither the girl in the reception or I made a big issue out of this, and the confusion was settled. The room was clean and as expected. It's what you expect for the price we paid. The beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful when it cam to booking a taxi and recommending a restaurant. There is a ten minute walk to the train station.

Very nice hotel located in a central area of the town. Rooms were clean and silent, spacious enough and with necessary tools (maybe hair drier was a little old fashioned, but working). Staff was very nice and helpful, at the reception and at breakfast hall. Nice and fresh breakfast with veggie options. I enjoyed my staying

The hotel is located in an old building, recently renovated, but not extremely well highlighted by the other surrounding buildings. The room is spacious, comfortable, with an extremely interesting lighting system. As in other hotels, I did not understand the eco concept of changing towels: although they are not placed on the floor, as recommended, they are still changed regardless of their location.Micul dejun este generos si extrem de variat, chiar daca a fost acelasi in fiecare zi.

I'm a frequent guest in Radisson in Stettin. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the rooms nice. I've tried them all - standard room is quite ok, recently we had a superior room - it was very frugal, but functional, but bed quality was truly excellent (and I'm a picky traveller!). A suite recently was lovely. All rooms are very quiet, good windows contribute to this quality. A bigger problem is the breakfast ambiente which is hectic and extremely loud. The breakfast room (and Europa restaurant in the evening) is simply too echoing - because of the floor and the ceiling, the noises are amplified which is a great nuisance. Thus, we sticked to the breakfast in the room which was great. Europa restaurant: everybody is very nice, the food even not bad, but it is a horrible place to have a dinner at. Breakfast noise problem is stil a problem, the room looks horrible and there's not even a try to change the light and make it somehow more cosy (and for God's sake, please change the breakfast tape with Simply Red & CO, we're not deaf!). The food is average but ok, but there's no reason to eat there at all - this should and could be changed... Speaking of which: the disappearance of the Renaissance restaurant which was an absolute gem on the Stettin's miserable culinary map is unforgivable - this chef (as I've heard he landed in Dana which is a horrible hotel but now they have a wonderful chef) and this service were one of a kind. In our opinion, the hotel lost its most noble asset the moment they closed it (as it seems, forever)... RIP, Renaissance.. These are our mixed feelings and yet we're thankful that the Radisson is there since it seems to be the only hotel where you can sense the level of hospitality that Radisson trade promises. Thank you!

The hotel is super, near the shopping centre of Kaskade and is not far from the old town. The hotel has a beautiful entrance area, the bar and the restaurant are integrated therein. The rooms are beautifully furnished, large comfortable beds with many kitchens, a minibar and a water cooker. Unfortunately, the big TV had only 3 German programs. The bathroom is very nice, but I would have liked a right door there, this glass door doesn't close the bathroom entirely. The breakfast room was comfortable, but I would have liked S****** and Salami when choosing the wrist. The not very good breads were always slipped quickly, no one at all on Sundays. The eggs were too fluid for my taste. But otherwise everything was good. The service could have been better, the staff couldn't even smile approaching. On the corner was an Italian restaurant, looked very comfortable.
Times have changed, as has the midset of the modern traveller. Lets have a fun at Moxy Szczecin and the vibrant 24 hr Bar with lively music, games and fun are just an introduction to make your stay in Szczecin unforgettable and special. Our hotel was built in line with this trend modern, not obvious, ergonomic and at the same time surprising with its simplicity. 121 comfortable rooms where every detail has been carefully considered. Szczecin is an open city, both in terms of infrastructure and architectural space, and metaphorically an agglomeration that absorbs and develops modern concepts and ideas while nurturing and respecting its traditions and history. A unique city where half of the area is covered by greenery and water. Access to the Baltic Sea, the Oder River, the enormous capital of the port city and tourism. The surrounding areas, forests, nature reserves and lakes attract more and more tourists every year and allow business travellers to relax after a hard day at work.

Cleaning staff stole a pair of shoes from our room! This is something that sounds incredible, but it really happened. As soon as we realized the missing pair of shoes, we called the reception to ask them about it. They replied: oh yes ”this is normal, the cleaning lady must have taken it your shoes, we waited for the staff to get some answer instead they were laughing at us, totally unhelpful and disrespectful. After waiting with not answers we left the hotel, they stole a pair of shoes! Be aware of this situation, if they steal shoes be sure they can take other valuables things from your room, Dangerous place to stay. Beside been robed, this is my opinion of this hotel: - Uneducated, arrogant, sadistic staff at the reception, they are unhelpful, lazy, slow. They will let you wait for minutes, avoiding eye contact. Once you managed to get their attention, they will treat you like a subhuman, they clearly enjoy to make people wait. You can see in their faces when they smirk while the guess is having a bad time. Also, be careful with your bill, the girl called: Olivia tried to charge us more, pretending that she did not know how to count. Scary staff, like from Figueroa Street in Los Angeles (google it), the girls look like cheap S-T-R-I-P-E-RS and the boys like P-I-M-P-S. Olivia and Kate should never ever work in hospitality. They are rude, unhelpful, arrogant, they make you have a very bad impression of Polish people. The hotel is located in a street full of sketchy people, drunkards, etc. Small room, no fridge, no tea/coffee. As a Marriott Bonvoy member and a long time traveler, I can say this was the worst hotel experience ever. A total shame for this brand. Management team are clearly unprofessional. Avoid at all cost, you might end getting stolen by staff.

Very Good
MmalbikOne of the best hotels we were in. Rooms very clean, food is incredibly delicious. Very cozy interior. As for a three-star hotel, super surprise. We were there for training, so the hotel has spacious conference rooms.
Cclipperzo93Ive liked: Our room had clothes dryer that is huge plus but in the same time quality was very, very low. Huge plus for washing machine microwave, dishwasher and rest of kitchen equipment. Breakfast were fine and tasty, but keep in mind to wake up early so everything will be still aviable. You have possibility to order 1 hot meal which is great. Ive didnt liked: At the end of our stay we realised that room wasnt very clean because our slippers were quite dirty.
KKUANParking is charged, the environment is okay... The only problem is that the air conditioner is noisy....The dinner is downstairs at night. The room is clean, the toilet is clean... breakfast...
GGuest UserDuring my recent stay in Szczecin I stayed two nights in this hotel that I booked on the internet before. After reading the reviews of other guests, I knew that the hotel offered basic comfort for an acceptable price, i.e. € 90 for two nights and a single bed in a 10 m2 room, including breakfast. The hotel is located in the city centre and in the same hotel category, with a partly renovated veto building, including the bathroom in the room. The staff is sympathetic and welcome, but the language barrier remains with some employees who do not understand English.
