It's a Residence Inn.
There are a lot of local people and I think it's not a good place for foreigners to go.
I recommend going to Radisson Blu nearby.

Od wjazdu do Norweskiej Doliny miejsce zachwyca.Kazdy szczegół dopracowany do perfekcji. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie ,dla małych sala zabaw dla starszych bilard kręgle czy boisko do gry w piłkę,klimatyczny basen. Super warsztaty małego kucharza ( 3 dni jedliśmy ciastka upieczone przez syna) Obsługa super,każdy z tobą pogada,pomoże doradzi. Polecam,naprawdę można tam odpocząć.

Spędziliśmy w norweskiej dolinie tylko 4 dni, ale super to wspominamy. Bardzo fajny „ośrodek” z apartamentami, duże przestronne pokoje, czyste i w pełni wyposażone. W kuchni są wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, aby przygotować posiłek (a co najważniejsze wszystko działa). Łazienka czysta i pachnąca wyposażona w ręczniki i kosmetyki na start. Wygodne łóżka, TV, elektrycznie zasuwane rolety i wiele innych fajnych gadżetów. Basen niezbyt duży, ale wystarczający, aby trochę popływać i się odprężyć plus sauna i hottab. Na dole znajduje się kręgielnia, bilard i inne gry no i oczywiście bar. Jeśli chodzi o stołówkę/restaurację to korzystaliśmy tylko ze śniadań. Bardzo duży wybór ciepłych i zimnych produktów, świeże pieczywo i smaczna kawa. Najbardziej wybredna osoba wyjdzie z pełnym brzuchem. Jeśli chodzi o obsługę to bardzo miłe i pomocne panie pracują w restauracji. Zawsze uśmiechnięte i dbające, żeby nic nie brakowało w bufecie a stoły gości są na bieżąco sprzątane. Lokalizacja – apartamenty położone są z dala od centrum Szklarskiej Poręby w spokojnej i cichej okolicy (tak jak jest to opisane na stronie). Idealne miejsce jak szukasz spokoju. Nam z dwójką dzieci zajmowało około 30min dojście do jednej z głównych ulic szklarskiej a samochodem 5min Szczerze polecamy i na pewno wrócimy

The hotel is unique because od its architekturę and the concept of a fairytale, norwegian village. Lovely place with mamy suprises including stone paths, cute relaxing areas, a dragon gate, private waterfall and colourful Villas. Great place for families with small children but lovers of mountain walks will be happy here, too. Tasteful breakfast is an advantage.

Evenings have been somewhat loud (kids, infants, screaming parents, slamming doors). My apartment was over the street and śmietnik. Could smell it depending on the direction of the wind

Nice hotel, nice food, disgusting swimming pool! Apartments are cute, breakfast and dinner have good variety and quality (a lot of sweet things for kids, gofry, popcorn, juices, gelly, cookies, ice cream). Sala zabaw i find it a bit small for the whole hotel but still kids have fun. Swimming pool is really not acceptable, you have a voucher u can only go 1 time, the swimming water was so dirty you cannot see ur feet in the water and it was smelly! Sauna was the same, half were fine other half smelly. I did ask to ratownik why this smell, got a random excuse- special product to clean it (funny they don't do it overnight, but on a busy weekend) the following day, i return to the swimming pool, water looked the same (like the hippo swimming pool at the zoo, dirty and smelly). If it wasn't by the swimming pool i would be happy to come back
