The hotel is clean, beautiful, big, perfect reception service. I had a problem at night with the noise of children on the floor and they took care of it
The employees at the pool services Ahmed the waiter is very helpful
Our handyman who cleaned room 2088 and room 2081 was very helpful
Ali from the reception, the VP who took care of us personally
I highly recommend the hotel, I will return again soon

The service is amazing. Everyone in the hotel is helpful and patient. The food is fine but the price is reasonable. I like the buffet dinner Kebab very much! The room is clean and the view is amazing. I got a free upgrade to sea view room. I was a bit scared when I arrived Egypt for the first day but this hotel truly made my day.

Wonderful place quiet and amazing away from the noisy of the city the pool a**osphere is woooow the beach view soon nice the staff are so friendly and took care from my son and he felt he is the king here thank you for the nice welcoming and wonderful vacation

We went only for a night, for my mom's birthday and everything was beautiful. The staff specially Fadel were so kind, respectful and super helpful with everything. The beach and pool are clean and the food was sublime.

Everything was ok The staff of the reception was very good and overall good I will come back and recommend the hotel to everyone The food was good especially breakfast,room cleanliness,pool was clean , staff very friendly, The hotel is closing from the border and the beach is good
