Easy to find, clean and a welcome sight after a long day, but, unfortunately the next morning was somewhat disconcerting….individual looking after breakfast and reception did not appear very happy to be at work today, which is unfortunate for a place that should be welcoming and inviting. Also, at approximately 10:15 in the morning, with checkout still 45 minutes away, I’m coming out of the shower and the door opens!! When I said, heh, we’re still here, I was told that she thought our truck was gone!! When I went to check out, I asked to confirm, very respectfully, what time was checkout. When I was told 11:00, I asked why someone had come to the door and opened it at the time they did, to which the individual responded, that was me, and I thought you were gone, cause you said it was a gray truck and the only one out there was white!!! No apologies, and to be fair, the truck is indeed gray, a very light gray, but nonetheless, a simple check with the front desk (which she was manning) would have clarified we HAD NOT checked out!!!

It was a great bed, great pillows, great breakfast…room was very comfortable but little signs of uncleanliness but nothing to say it wasn’t clean and comfortable.

No Tap at the front desk point of sale machine. A damage deposit was requested when i arrived even though i had already prepaid for the room. i should have just be given a key card .
