It is my second stay at the hotel. Cozy lobby with fireplace, comfortable spacious rooms, and extremely reasonable price. I will book the hotel again in my next trip in the area

L'hotel ha personale poco gentile, camere pulite ma molto datate, minimal e maleodoranti. La notte caldo insopportabile nonostante avessimo spento i termosifoni. Oltre al nostro cofanetto Wonderbox hanno preteso 20 € in più oltre alla tassa di soggiorno, vergogna. Inoltre l'addetta si precipitava verso di noi per vietarci di portare nella sala colazione una borsetta personale temendo, forse, che le sottraessimo di nascosto una fetta biscottata. Vergogna.

Fantastic find
A short winter visit.
Chose a small room, which was basic but more than suitable for our needs, no issues with cleanliness. Room got cleaned everyday.
Shower worked well, no issues with hot water.
AirCon available but didn't use.
Radiators could be turned off, room would be hot with them left on, we had no issues with temperature.
TV with remote in the room.
You could hear other rooms but everything seemed to go silent around 10pm.
Found the owners & staff friendly, the hotel felt like a home from home but I do speak Italian. The owners live on site and are always around to help.
Optional evening meal was excellent.
Optional breakfast was adequate & typically continental.
Style of hotel was very much a mountain chalet. Log fire in communal area with a bar.
We enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

La struttura esterna e la hall sono davvero carine, ha un parcheggio incustodito ma direi che il posto è abbastanza disabitato (tante strutture chiuse). Il personale è gentilissimo ma la struttura è vecchia e priva di manutenzione. Camera con condizionatore funzionante e pulita ma finestra che non si chiudeva bene e bagno fatiscente. La piscina sporca, senza ricambio di acqua e la zona piscina infestata dalle zanzare. La parte migliore, la cena 18 euro bevande escluse ed era molto buono, piatti non abbondanti ma giusti e saporiti dall'antipasto al dolce. Non lo consiglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un weekend... Non avevamo chissà quali esigenze e nemmeno aspettative... Volevamo solo goderci un po' di pace... Purtroppo qualcosa è andato storto... L'hotel è datato ma molto caratteristico... Sembra un piccolo hotel in montagna... Molto carina la hall... Le stanze sono piccole ma devo dire pulite e anche la struttura interna la è... Arrivo alle note dolenti... La piscina... Bé ke dire... Tenuta malissimo... Sporca... Senza ricircolo d'acqua... Lettini di legno senza un materassino... Sembrava di stare sul letto della torture... Palestra anni 80 ma la cosa più terribile è stata la sauna... Abbiamo provato ad entrarci ed era piena di ragnatele... Avevamo prenotato questa struttura per non andare nel ****** di agosto e non abbiamo potuto sfruttarlo... Non vendete una cosa per un'altra... E mi spiace molto scrivere questa recensione xké quest'hotel potrebbe davvero avere un potenziale assurdo... Ultima nota dolente... La colazione... 6€...x delle brioche neanche lievitate e devo prepararmi io il caffè... Insomma... Io mi auguro ke possa servire a migliorare il servizio.

Prenotato da Smartbox con pacchetto che prevedeva tutto compreso (per un valore superiore alla tariffa del hotel, ma non importa)hanno preteso 20€ per presunte spese supplementari. Dopo diverse richieste di spiegazioni non hanno più risposto senza dare una motivazione per tale comportamento. Inqualificabile.
