Perfect location for my stay. Easy check in and good service. Breakfast was very basic but ok

The hotel is of an excellent standard. From service to facilities and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was very poor.

Location very close to the highway, the noise of cars is audible inside the apartment. Air conditioning did not work properly.

The front desk stuff was nice, but I was there with a group of people from a TV reality show that took my privacy. They were rude and noisy plus one day, they didn't allowed my room service to be done, all hallway was dark including safety lights was turned off, If you need I have a video to prove the situation.

The hotel itself was very good with clean rooms. We did have one issue during checkout. The elevators that give access to the lobby were not working so it was a bit cumbersome to get with the bags from the 18th floor to the car. Apart from that, the facilities are new and the location is very good, close to a major highway.

100% cleaning. What I didn't like about the hotel is the fact that it doesn't have 24-hour room service. They start at 6pm. They also serve breakfast in an outsourced restaurant within the hotel building, but there is no option to order it in the room at that time. They also don't have a messenger. It's easy because it's next to a shopping mall and you can order Rappi or Ifood. But for those who like or need room service, it may not be the best option.

I travel for work. Hotel with an executive profile. Excellent option for those who need a good night's sleep. Silent and comfortable.

It will always be one of my first options, excellent service, easy access, beautiful location, well decorated, clean and organized rooms. Best New Year I've ever spent! Privileged view of the highway.

Confusing parking. They block the garage elevator at night and on weekends. We need to request unlocking. I believe the guest would deserve better treatment. Weak breakfast.
