the beds were very clean. minimalist type room. but we had a private pool which was by the sea. great ambiance and really an awesome experience with the kids. the beach was very basic sand and sea the marine wildlife made the experience great. fish, corals sand castles. the food was so so also basic. but well cooked. they have their own pool and playground which was great for the kids!

The resort is new and very clean. What I love about it are their friendly and accomodating staff. It's not that crowded despite the arriving guests. The manager even upgraded our family room to a villa. Thank you Cebu R Resort.

Uma esperiêcia horrível!!!! Eu e meu marido chegamos às 01:30 da manhã porquê o Ferryboat atrasou. Emploramos pra fazer o check in, mas os funcionários desse hotel não não abriram o portão. Eles disseram que já era muito tarde e que nesse horário eles não fazem mais check in. Eu me desesperei. Não tinhamos onde dormir. Escuridão, medo, nem um pé de pessoa na rua. Pensamos, vamos dormir aqui do lado de fora desse hotel pois seria melhor do quê dormir em uma estrada isolada. Um pesadelo! 😱 Já Viajamos muito, mas nunca passamos por uma situação dessa. Normalmente os Hotéis têm uma recepção que funciona 24 horas. Estávamos em um situação de emergência, mas mesmo assim eles não abriram as portas. Não entendi o porquê. Em fim, resolvemos andar na escuridão com muito medo de ser assaltados e levarem os nossos passaportes, cartão de crédito, dinheiro etc.... Graças a Deus encontramos um outro Hotel que nos acolheu com muita hospitalidade. Gratidão pura! Esse hotel foi a pior experiência que passei em todas as nossas viajens!!!!!!

Dear General Manager of 3 hotels Cebu R! In your hotel now are staying our tourists and they are not happy! Dirty and not good meal.For breakfast just only omelet and pancake. For lunch and dinner has no food for cooking. Yesterday our tourists ask the fish and only today they will have it. In the resort works a family and how tourists understood they bring food from the home. Couler of water dirty, rooms are not cleaned! The staff can just send smiles and bows. The local comes with they food,and maybe that s why the kitchen has not food?But the staff knew that will come tourists why not been ready? 02 OCT2022

I like Cebu R Resort. It's not as extravagant unlike other resorts, but it is clean and has all the necessities. Their staff members are great and food there is good, too. If there is something they need to improve on, it would be their mode of payment. They have a strange practice of requiring a picture of our credit card in order to settle the bill. Apart from that issue, Cebu R Resort is still on our go-to list.
