The resort is new and very clean. What I love about it are their friendly and accomodating staff. It's not that crowded despite the arriving guests. The manager even upgraded our family room to a villa. Thank you Cebu R Resort.

A horrible experience!!!! My husband and I arrived at 01:30 in the morning because the Ferryboat was delayed. We begged to check in, but the hotel staff did not open the gate. They said it was too late and that at that time they don't check in anymore. I despaired. We had nowhere to sleep. Darkness, fear, not a single person on the street. We thought, let's sleep outside this hotel as it would be better than sleeping on an isolated road. A nightmare! 😱 We've traveled a lot, but we've never been through a situation like this. Hotels usually have a 24-hour reception. We were in an emergency situation, but they still didn't open the doors. I didn't understand why. In the end, we decided to walk in the dark for fear of being robbed and taking our passports, credit card, money, etc... Thank God we found another Hotel that welcomed us with great hospitality. Pure gratitude! This hotel was the worst experience I've had in all our trips!!!!!!

Dear General Manager of 3 hotels Cebu R! In your hotel now are staying our tourists and they are not happy! Dirty and not good meal.For breakfast just only omelet and pancake. For lunch and dinner has no food for cooking. Yesterday our tourists ask the fish and only today they will have it. In the resort works a family and how tourists understood they bring food from the home. Couler of water dirty, rooms are not cleaned! The staff can just send smiles and bows. The local comes with they food,and maybe that s why the kitchen has not food?But the staff knew that will come tourists why not been ready? 02 OCT2022

I like Cebu R Resort. It's not as extravagant unlike other resorts, but it is clean and has all the necessities. Their staff members are great and food there is good, too. If there is something they need to improve on, it would be their mode of payment. They have a strange practice of requiring a picture of our credit card in order to settle the bill. Apart from that issue, Cebu R Resort is still on our go-to list.
