It has been upgraded. It has a great room and a huge bathroom. Unfortunately, I don’t have time. There is a steam room and a swimming pool downstairs. The steam room is very good. The swimming pool has a deep water area. Please pay attention when you go there.

Bad service.. I booked a room with window.. They took money and provided me a small room with out window. The room service was very poor and they are ready to replace the damged goods. The staff was cool. But no action.. Dont stay here. The Table and chairs are not suitable for business working

This hotel is much bigger than you might think from the picture. It has a lot of parking right next to it, and also some in front. The room is clean and spacious and I could not hear any sound coming from the rooms next to mine. I would say the bed firmness on a scale from 1-10 (ten being like a door) is around 8, which i think is perfect.
The breakfast buffet is adequate (and even excellent if you like sweet stuff).
Staff is very friendly and helpful. If i was going to Tabuk again, I would choose this hotel.

Just an overnight. Huge hotel about the same standard as others of this class. Very hard pillows which make sleeping very uncomfortable. On a very busy road with restaurants on the other side so if you are only walking there is no chance of crossing because of a central reservation you would need to climb over. However if you come out of the hotel and turn left you will find Biriyani House with fabulous Indian food.

Certainly not unforgettable, but considering the place, there isn't much better. Large rooms but far from Western tastes and a little "dusty". Friendly staff but with some efficiency flaws. Varied but low quality breakfast buffet.

Swiss In is very good located near Lulu Hypermarket and Saco if you need to buy. Staff very friendly at reception and restaurant. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Just ask for a quiet room,when they have marriages it will very loud and you can’t sleep.
