There is no need to leave Tachikawa Station, the hotel entrance is right inside the station, which is very necessary for staying in winter. Breakfast provides breakfast coupons for three restaurants, priced at 1,000 yen. I only went to the bakery on the right side of the door and it was very comfortable to sit in the sun.
