Very small room. No window. Very noisy in the hallway. Near mall so convenient for foods and shopping.

We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage in storage until we returned to check in. We had a lovely lunch in the next door Robinson's Place (so convenient).
The only disappointment was a lack of information in the room regarding supply of drinking water (out in the passage) and though breakfast can be ordered with multiple choices no menu was provided.
The housekeeping staff presented the room clean and properly made up.

It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Right next to the hotel is a shopping center with a currency exchange, restaurant and shops. By German standards it would be a good three star hotel. This is the only other hotel in Tacloban.

Location is great - just beside robinsons Tacloban mall and also relatively near the airport. Room is clean and just right for solo travellers or if you are just staying in for a night. Hot shower is available. Staff are friendly. Service is okay. Would have been great if early check-in was allowed. Most were asked to wait for the 2pm check-in time. But overall, the room and service is okay for the price.
