Our bed was a queen size and quite comfy. The breakfast was good but limited enough to start your day even though we had to ask for eggs both days as nobody told us they were available. I asked for an omelette but was told they ran out, this was at 7:45am with breakfast to go to 10am which I found strange both days. Anyway, I would go back and stay when I return to Tacloban in the future.

Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!

Good hotel. Value for money is okay. Staffs were accommodating and the venue is in the city. Will choose the hotel again if ever we decide to go back again.

Stayed 3 nights lovely bed ,clean room good tv programes
Breakfast was good help yourself but tea coffee water orange also eggs etc had to ask for and was a bit of a pain
Clare on reception was spot on helpful and talkative local girl good knowledge
