Excellent service! 5 de 5 espectacular la atencion, el servicio tambien, la comida realmente una delicia. La calidez de su gente es muy agradable. Puedes disfrutar de un espacio en el gym en los juegos. En la piscina en el area de recepcion. Buena señal de wi fi, estacionamiento incluido. Beautiful!!

Buena ubicación, sus instalaciones en general bien (internet, aire acondicionado, caja seguridad, frigo bar, estacionamiento, alimentación, coctelería, etc). Amplia Piscina acogedora y bien distribuido el equipamiento de reposeras y toldos en un ambiente bien coll. En general el servicio del personal es bueno, no le otorgo mayor valoración al hotel ya que no cuenta con sala de sauna , masajes, sala de gym, etc Buena experiencia pero le faltan esos detalles para que sea completo.

La limpieza y amabilidad, siempre excelente. Solo el colchón muy suave. Quizá aumento de opciones para la cena. Y opino que debería mejorar el jardín posterior qué limita con estacionamiento, la falta de área verde le quita buena vista y hace que el huésped mire A Casa Andina

La suite muy cómoda, grande e ideal para descansar, la terraza con la piscina super, muy desestresante y con un bar de película, muy recomendado ir a tom**** un pisco sour a la piscina. el desayuno normal, rico, pero con poca variedad, pero ideal para empezar el día, (pero mejor son en el mercado) definitivamente volvaria, pero para quedarme mas días y seguir aprovechando la piscina y su ubicación, esta muy cerca del centro así todo lo hacemos a pie y dejamos el auto en el hotel

En general todo muy bien, pero se presento un problema con el inodoro de la habitación de al lado que estuvo corriendo toda la noche y no fue resuelto por el hotel, en consideración que fue informado, lo que nos molesto u poco durante la noche. ya que sonaba uy claro en nuestro pieza.
