Hôtel un peu à l'écart du centre ville de Dinan et c'est tant mieux à la fois pour ce garer et pour le calme. Très bon accueil, professionnel et souriant. Cette première impression s'est confirmé tout le long du séjour avec un personnel aux petits soins. La chambre était grande, très bien équipée..bref parfaite. Le petit déjeuner est copieux... Piscine, sauna à disposition .Idéal après une journée de marche .. Nous avons passé un superbe week-end à Dinan et cet hôtel y a grandement participé ! Merci à toute cette belle équipe

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit, literie parfaite rien a dire. Piscine au top avec sauna! La télé de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas alors nous avons été transféré dans une super chambre, merci de votre bienveillance. Personnel accueillant, merci à vous

L'accueil est toujours très agréable. A la réception la personne a toujours un mot gentil, La piscine chauffée, intérieur, est souvent la bienvenue après un long parcours. Nous pouvons arriver à toute heure, il suffit de prévenir avant. Que ce soit une arrivée plus tôt ou plus tard.

Expérience désastreuse !! Après plusieurs tentatives pour valider ma réservation j'y suis enfin arrivée... mais aux mauvaises dates ! (Erreur humaine ou du site lors de mes multiples tentatives ??) Le site me demande un pre-paiement et lors de la validation avec l'application de ma banque, il est bien noté "prélèvement 0,00€". Nous arrivons donc avec 1 jour de retard et là.... Nous apprenons que notre chambre a en fait été directement payé lors de la réservation !! Le directeur est sagement resté dans son "appartement" et à laissé les 2 jeunes femmes à l'accueil se dépatouiller avec notre réservation. Il leur a juste proposé de nous refaire payer une nuit à -50% et débrouiller avec les clients... Nous sommes donc reparti en ayant été débité sans avoir été prévenus !!! Merci Best Western...et merci au directeur de Dinan pour son manque de courage !!

Le personnel est adorable et la chambre très propre ! Seul gros bémol de notre séjour : le petit déjeuner non réapprovisionné donc il restait peu de choses …et du pain décongelé…gros point noir du séjour .
